I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Which is a shame because this is the best starbucks I have been to. My husband ordered a latte, and the cup was not filled all the way. When we asked about it, the barista, Nina, responded by saying, “Oh, the milk just sinks.” While I understand that explanation might apply to a cappuccino, a latte is primarily milk and microfoam, so that response didn’t make sense. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue—she simply added more milk to the cup. I would have appreciated better customer service and a more professional response.

Starbucks coffee is basically the same at all Starbucks, but it is THE PEOPLE that make it special. This Starbucks has this kind of people. They are patient, kind, and helpful. Sometimes I have a very particular order, and they are always willing to make it right and to do it again if I am not happy. They greet everyone who walks in with a friendly hello, and they NEVER blame the customer (me). They are more helpful than they need to be, and even though internally they may be losing their cool, externally one would never know it. I highly recommend this Starbucks because of the people that work there.

I really love this Starbucks in Cranford! The space is wide and open, with plenty of natural sunlight pouring in through the large windows. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. The layout is modern and clean, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. There’s a nice variety of merchandise displayed near the counter, and the coffee always tastes fresh. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a calm and welcoming café experience.

Good place to visit nice staff and quiet environment.
One thing to keep in mind is that the center table doesn’t have electric plugs. And the side tables get occupied very quickly.

The customer service here is insane. As soon as a customer walks in, the team greets them at the door super bubbly. The employees also work with each other really well. It’s nice to see!

Starbucks is amazing. Every day when I’m near Starbucks, I always say, “Can I get Starbucks?” My favorite order is a cake pop and a strawberry açaí fresher they’re so amazing. The atmosphere is as clean as it can be and the service could be a little slow if they’re busy but any other time the service is amazing. They always have amazing pastries, and amazing menus that are visible from far away. Starbucks’s app is also amazing especially with the points because If you can’t go to Starbucks, you can just order it mobile. I also love the pup cups because every time I go, I ask for a pup cup for my dog. In summary Starbucks is an amazing place and I can’t wait to go back.
