This was my first time ordering from Zoup requesting delivery. Online ordering was very simple and delivery was quick. The food however very disappointing! The focaccia with the tuna sandwich was wonderful, however, there was very little tuna. The chicken and bacon cob salad was made strictly with spinach which was not what was expected based on the description. It also had no bacon and a a very slight amount of chicken as you can see by the attached pics The soups were good but overall for the price & what I recieved I believe I will be ordering from Panera in the future.

Have not been to Zoup for years but it is one of the closest spots to my office. It looks like their menu offerings have increased but the prices do not seem appropriate for what you get. I got a semi air toasted but not grilled cheese/tomato sandwich that was pretty disappointing. And a cup of cauliflower soup that was ok tasting. Not worth $15.50 with no drink. Friendly staff and prompt ordering though.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I paid almost $12 for a grilled cheese that was clearly undercooked—the bread wasn’t properly toasted and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. For that price, I expected something much better. Unfortunately, it felt rushed and not worth the cost.

Stopped by Zoup for a quick dinner at 5pm. The inside was clean and I was greeted as I entered the door, which I always appreciate. A young man took my order and brought my food to me at my table, which is great service.
I got the loaded baked potato, which was very good. Though it seemed like some of the potato had started to melt and made it a little ticker than I would like, but not enough to spoil it.
Overall, decent food, good service and not terribly expensive. Always good for a quick lunch or dinner!

Got broccoli and cheese soup and chicken noodle soup. Both look like they have been out all day. Would rather go to Panera next time. But great customer service.

Lousy sandwiches. Most of the soups are weird. Salad was half rotten greens, topped with brown avocado. And very overpriced. And I almost forgot, the lemonade had gone bad.

After a disappointing experience at another location, I thought surely the stand-alone location would be better. Right?
Wrong. The service was definitely better, but the food was not. They had the same soups as the other location two days prior. No variety, no originality, nothing unique or special. The same lame, boring options: chicken pot pie, chicken noodle, chicken and wild rice, white chicken chili, vegetable, tomato, lobster bisque etc. I go to Zoup specifically to get something unique.
I settled on the pick two with creamy chicken & wild rice soup. It was okay, but nothing special. I could’ve made it from one of those dehydrated mixes from Menards. Lol.
For the sandwich I got the Cali chicken. It was very good, but nothing amazing.
Sadly, I feel like this is the end of an era for me; I probably won’t go back. They’re fairly pricey for mediocre food.
And Z! Eats, don’t bother replying. You still haven’t answered my last email when you claimed you’d “make it right”.

Local place that doesn’t care about me the customer. We drive crosstown and they forgot my flatbread but blamed me. Had to go back to pickup an ice cold selection with a poorly trained employee covering her mistake by blaming us, saying the flatbread was under the bag when it clearly wasn’t . No offer to help make the mistake a little easier to accept as her inexperience was quite obvious. Places like Panera outshine them in customer service philosophy

I came in after a doctor’s appointment. First time visiting Zoup!. I took the recommendation from Nathan and ordered the Mediterranean Bowl. It was excellent! The place was clean and well lit.

The lobster bisque soup was outstanding. The cuban sandwich good, but nothing special and a little light on the meat. Great staff and pretty fast service.
