Everytime I’ve ordered no matter how i have ordered its unacceptable either the pizza is not done enough meaning its floppy and toppings fall off or it’s like bricks the attitude of the ones who work there reflects in the food and it’s trash.

Food wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, so I had to wait at the window (not too long). BUT it was sooo worth it. When I got it, my order was correct, smoking hot, and DELICIOUS! I had a 30 minute drive and the food was still hot and delicious when I arrived at my destination. Will return!

Order from there often. Normally it’s a great experience, and we all love this pizza. Last night was horrible though. We ordered two pizzas. We’ve been ordering them with the garlic parm sauce base for the past 3 orders now. We had one with chicken, bacon and cheese on garlic parm, hand tossed. Another handtossed just extra cheese on garlic parm. They had no cheese. I’ve been ordering these long enough to tell you, there was nothing but the garlic parm on them. Got a refund but seriously, the Lelani(I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly but you get the drift), had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Obviously doesn’t understand how to interact with customers.

Veggie pasta….had extremely small amount of veggies black olives & 2 cherry tomatoes. Large chunks of onion, too many. Average amount of green peppers. Zero mushrooms. No cheese, even though extra cheese was ordered. Very disappointed.

Great location. I usually get exactly what’s expected, great pizza at a solid price. Staff is actually friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs which is so rare right now. I do however have an issue with being ask if I would like to add a tip to food that is already paid for. If I wanted to add a tip to an order I went to the restaurant to pick up, it would be included. There’s something so incredibly wrong about asking for tips and not just the employees. Lowest recommended tip percentage on an order I have to go to the store to pick up is 15%, I have to do a custom tip to tip anything under that. I am very serious when I say if it is a regular thing to be asked for a tip at the window when I’m picking up my own order, I promise you I will stop returning to this restaurant. I will fix my review back to a five star as the restaurant deserves when they stop requesting tips Both in app and in person.

I actually ordered online/delivery. It was New Years Eve. I understand they were busy. My 56 minute delivery time took 2 hours and fifteen minutes. The driver took my money, it should have been free. Plus the order wasn’t right. Never again.
