Terrible! Will never eat here again!! The customer service was horrendous. The sub I ordered was double meat & cheese and I watched the woman making my sandwich tear the meat/cheese slices in half and stated that was how they do double meat. Are you joking me Subway? Not only did they rip me off with the meat and cheese she didn’t even want to give me veggies. She literally put 3 small cut bell pepper pieces on my sandwich and gave me the worst attitude when I asked for more veggies. To top it all off the price was outrageous over $10 for a 6” sub with skimpy meat, cheese, and veggies!!!! You are better off going to the deli at Walmart and making your own sub. This subway owner should be embarrassed at the service and quality his establishment provides. Will never ever ever eat here or at another Subway again after this visit.

I was at the location in Brunswick, New York, Walmart, Plaza subway. 760 Hoosick Rd, Brunswick, NY 12180.
This location had fermented lettuce it was brown, and slimy. I asked if they hadn’t fresh lettuce. The worker replied and said let me check. He went in the back room. He then came back and said we do not have any more lettuce. We won’t get any shipment until maybe tomorrow. I then said to the gentleman, how are you giving people this lettuce? It’s old it’s disgusting. You’re gonna make someone sick. I then asked, can I see the spinach? I made him hand me the spinach. It was soft, but it was doable. As he started to make the sandwich, I was looking at the rest of the vegetables. I asked to see the peppers, The peppers were so slimy. It was as if someone spit a leg in. It could bring it apart and you see that stretch. I sent it to the guy I said how can he be making people sandwiches with this stuff? You’re gonna make people sick they could even potentially get food poisoning from here. You need to remove all the vegetables. Every single one was horrible just like the pepper. I don’t understand why this location doesn’t have fresh produce on hand and how did the manager not see this? Why is Subway ok handing out spoiled food. After that, I said to the gentleman, I’m sorry, but you need to stop making those. I am not gonna purchase that because far as I knew if the vegetables looked that bad potentially the meat selections they chose were probably just as bad.
This location needs a better manager, shut down or retrained. I can only imagine the amount of sandwiches that they made today that people had ordered through a company like GrubHub DoorDash or something like that and they made those sandwiches with that type of food and once you add the dressing on it like mayonnaise, you’re not gonna be able to notice. Someone’s gonna get really sick. I will never go to this location ever again!

They don’t accept coupons. I’m a regular customer in the area for subway. I love the promotions and deals. December 28,2023 subway made an announcement stating you have to accept it for all subways. Don’t matter if they are privately owned or not. Yes I did report the store to the subway customer service line. I don’t appreciate you guys not accepting these deals and coupons but want the name of subway. You should be shut down or removed. I will no longer do business here and will be telling everyone I know to spread the news.
