This was a great Mexican restaurant with good food, friendly staff and a quirky authentic decor. I had the carnitas platter. The pork was properly slow cooked and flavorful. The rice and beans were good. The portions were large. And especially for a tourist town, the price was not too high. Recommended.

My grandma, mom, husband and I stopped in this afternoon for lunch! Our first time here and I hope not the last. The gentleman and woman we talked with and who helped us are so kind and funny. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Our food and drinks were so delicious, the sauces they served were also tasty! Wonderful Mexican restaurant with delicious entrees.
Warmly greeted at the door and seated with fresh chips, salsa and a plate of refried beans. ( nice touch).
The carnitas tacos with double corn tortillas, pinto beans, onions, cilantro, and cotija reminds me of being in Mexico.
The shredded beef tacos and the homemade chicken tortilla soup made from scratch, are among my favorites.
Reasonably priced and excellent service.
I eat here often and you should too.
