It is so amazing in here. Very homey and authentically Japanese decor and vibe. Love the hibachi and the private rooms. I really wish more people knew about this gem. I believe the owners are the elderly man and woman that work here, who have always made our visits super culturally interesting and educational. We were taught how to properly hold and dip sushi by the gentleman on our first visit. It was so cool!
Their mixed drinks are so good and their fish is always very very fresh.

We attended for a birthday dinner. At first the older lady was nice but once seated oh how things changed . We really wanted a boat of sushi which she said would need at least 4 rolls. We ordered 6 and they wey were served individually. When I inquired about the boat she said “no, like that.” We asked for fried rice without egg (it was for a kid) and when it arrived, it contained egg. I brought it up, she looked at the plate, then at me, then left the room without saying anything. It was a birthday so I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable. Half way thru the meal she brought the check without asking and left. If we ever go back, we will defenitely do take-away instead. Great sushi, poor manners.

Amazing experience! Chef Juan was quick, funny and attentive. Food was fresh and DELICIOUS!!! Their lunch specials are as much as a burger combo, but you cant compare a burger to the quality of a cuisine meal. Definitely going back.

Friendly staff who asked us to sit even when it was 9:56 and they should be closed. They offered us to-go or stay, we opt to-go because we didn’t just want to sit there being waited on yourselves. Waiting to taste the food. Will update. The sushi chef seems very know his stuff. I
Edit: Sushi was delicious. I had the Popular roll and a California roll, my husband had the Philadelphia roll also the cali roll. Both very good.
Would recommend to anyone in town.

Can take a LONG time to seat. They told us an hour, but we were lucky and a couple left. The chef was very attentive. I ordered a vegetarian meal and he made sure to cook vegetables before putting any of the meat on the grill. He also adjusted for each guest’s preferences, and asked if they wanted bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc. One guest was pretty demanding, but was very patient and did a stellar job in making the guest happy. Kudos to the staff.

I am so confused on some of the reviews on here. This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for over a year now and this is definitely some high quality sushi and some of the best I have ever had in my life. For those that complained about price, of course it will cost a little more for such high quality sushi. Very impressed by the quality of the fish and the staff is super friendly and amazing. Mr. Lee has been making sushi for over 35 years and I take my co-workers here every time I am in town!
