Visiting this location for the first time and Alex the manager greeted me the warmest smile and was super helpful in my decision making since the menu had expanded so much. I love the open kitchen and how clean it was. The staff was cleaning and very friendly. I ordered the Hawaiian and garlic Parmesan wings. Food definitely was made with love. Looking forward to my visit back!

I placed an order for two medium pepperoni pizzas from Papa John’s at 6:20 PM. The restaurant is located approximately five miles from my residence. At 7:10 PM, I received a delivery via Uber Eats; however, the pizzas were cheese, appeared burnt, and lacked sauce. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I contacted three nearby Papa John’s locations, and none had a record of my order. I now understand that my order cannot be tracked directly by the stores due to it being placed through Uber Eats, but this situation is profoundly disappointing. I find it unacceptable that such a product would be served to any customer. I anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter.

The pizza could be better. They need to cook it a little longer when you eat pizza that’s the big thing about pizza. It just feels like it’s not cooked enough like you’re like it feels like you just straight out straight out tomato sauce. They need to be more savvy about making a great pizza. They have great pizza but my Lord when they don’t cook it right they need to make sure that that’s cooked more crispy or a little more you know it makes you have terrible digestion

Those staffs works here at this Bethelview location are really amazing and very welcoming. They greeted with smile and helped me with everything I needed and I had a great experience. This will be my favorite location from now. Close to my home and easy to order a carry out. Appreciate everyone working hard.

We will now be driving out of the way to this specific location. (50 minute round trip) We unfortunately don’t have one that delivers to our area and there is even one closer to our house but the extra miles to get to this location is worth it to get quality food and in a really clean and friendly place. The girl up front went the extra mile to fix what another store messed up. Happy they messed up because we now we have found our “go to” place for our frequent family pizza nights.
