I ordered a 3 piece spicy meal and the chicken was raw, I called and spoke with management and the reason she gave me was “the chicken is spicy” I am very disappointed with the excuse that she gave me, regardless of the situation no reasoning or excuse is acceptable for serving raw chicken, if I would had ate the chicken without looking at it I’m sure I would of became severely ill. It’s very concerning for other customers that they are potentially serving raw chicken , I will escalate this matter further than just a review and formal complaint at the store level as this is completely unacceptable and a potential food borne illness that needs attention and needs to be addressed.

First time eating here since it opened a few years back. Not great…. no other customers there still our food wasn’t fresh or maybe that’s why. Chicken wraps don’t look anything like the picture. It’s mostly tortilla. Said no pickles yet everyone had pickles and again they were not busy so they did that on purpose. Chicken look very crunchy on the outside but when biting into it the chicken itself is very rubbery out of caution we decided not to eat the chicken. We tried it. Never again.

Management and employees are polite and very friendly. Tabby is the reason I come here. Before she started managing here. The food was bland and the chicken tasted like flour. She keeps the store clean and makes sure the employees are doing there jobs. Before employees were rude, playing around and cursing were we could hear them. I stopped coming. Until I gave a new chance and that’s when I met her. I think that store would close if she wasn’t there.

Whenever I order spicy chicken, it’s never ready. They tell you to wait 12 minutes, but you end up waiting for more than 20 minutes. I hope they can fix this problem; it’s supposed to be fast food.

I love Popeyes that’s all I eat. I don’t eat KFC and if it wasn’t for the store, I probably wouldn’t be eaten Popeyes either unless I go to Michigan city thanks for the great service from the employees and especially the manager. Food was excellent and will continue to come back to the store.

Chicken sandwich was really bad. Not a fan of Popeyes. I have at here maybe four times in the last four years and each time after I visit I tell my self never again. Not once has the sandwich been worth the stop. I only stopped as it was convenient at the moment.
