Unsatisfactory experience at this location. I asked for my order to be repeated three times, yet it was still incorrect. The food was cold, the hash browns were burnt and poorly portioned.
When I requested a manager, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. I was told I would need to pay again for one of the missing items. When I opted not to do so, the remaining item was handed to me abruptly, and the window was closed shut.
I waited approximately 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, causing me to return late to work. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

This Dunkin Donuts is hit and miss. Somedays they get everything correct and the service and wait time is great (drive-thru). But on days like today I ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts. It took about 10 minutes. Lately everyone has been looking like trainees.

Hot water doesn’t work in the bathroom I waited two minutes for it to kick in it didn’t, how are these workers washing their hands ?? Bathrooms for the ladies were both clogged lights not working just over all disgusting I got food from here I won’t even be eating it was cold and with how the inside is maintained I consider it a safe call and worth wasting $10.

I will never recommend this location, It’s like everyday i have to wait in drive thru 35 minutes just to be told they don’t have a common item, Every single day, Then the guy that is taking the order is very rude which is today 9:23am im never coming back

The girl with the bonet working at the counter taking order is one rude and two should not be in her phone when people are trying to order food I had to repeat myself several times and her attitude when you have to repeat yourself to her when she’s not even paying attention

The guy that took my order had the most disgusting attitude, I ordered an assorted dozen, and an avocado toast. So they were out of glazed donuts and thats ok, but he had the nerve to get upset because I changed my order from 1 avocado toast, to 3 avocado toasts instead. I get home only to see that he put the thinnest layer of avocado on the toast, it seems that he split one individual avocado serving in to three. I actually want to get the food tested because on top of all of that it taste weird. I want my money back DD!!!

Worst Dunkin’ Donut I had ever been, I spent roughly 25 to 30 min on the drive through and when I finally got to the window they didn’t got my order right, and then I had to pull up and wait another 10 more min just for a cappuccino with a shot of cinnamon and 3 of sugar. And after all that wait and frustration to receive a caramel cappuccino with no sugar ♂️, worst experience ever , won’t ever be going again after this. Very unprofessional.

I had to delete EVERY PART of my last review from one year so where I gave 4 stars.
Today if I can give negative 1 start i would. The coffee is completely watered down!!! When I asked to speak to the manager, WHY!? Does the English speaking employee tells me a non speaking English woman is the manager who completely dismisses my concerns!!!!!
Why did she dismiss the concern of a customer? Because she cannot speak English in a predominately English neighborhood!!!!!! This is horrible!!!! And getting out of hand.
How can you improve a location if you can’t understand the concerns of the customers.
