I have tried BK twice since the restaurant reopened, after the fire, and I will not be going back.
I waited a few weeks to let routines and ‘reopening crowds’ calm down. Truthfully, I was a little excited and anticipated one of my favorite hamburger sandwiches. The line around the building didn’t bother me. I figured, like most drive-thrus, 1 or two minutes per vehicle for 4 cars, no problem. 45 minutes later, about 11 minutes per car, I got my order. Cold fries, wrong drink, and my burger was wrong.
Willing to think that anybody can have am off order or maybe my no ketchup was confused as an order for extra ketchup because of the mic, my second try was via an app order. I would let the wonders of technology list my order in writing. When I finished making my app order Monday night, the app stated my order would be ready at 8:19. I pulled in line at 8:18. The six cars in front of me concerned me because of my previous visit. I had right to be.
I finally got to the pickup window at 8:53. I was handed a bag, the window closed, and I was ignored.
When the young girl working the window came back, she was irritated that I was still there.
I explained that I needed a couple of things that I ordered. First, I needed my drink. Second, I needed my order because nothing in the bag was what I ordered.
She took the bag back and got my drink (it was correct this time).
She brought my order and handed it to me. My onion rings were correct but my burger was not what I ordered. In the app, just like my previous order, I requested no ketchup. The ketchup was so think it dripped off the burger before my first bite. I was hungry so I tried to eat the burger. It was cold.
I was excited for BK to reopen. I am no longer sure as to why.

I just ate breakfast here a few days ago. I cannot read a menu at a distance. The cashier pointed to the menu each time I asked a question about the menu items. I even told her I could read the menu at that distance. She had a very nice eye roll for me and said nothing. If my blood sugar had not dropped I would not have ordered anything . And today I went for breakfast again. No can do due to the lobby not open. It was open a few days ago. A worker saw me going back to my car and said I needed to use the drive through…lobby doesn’t open til 11am. This is not right. Bad attitudes and professional eye rolls. The only thing they got going is the food is good. But service is a nightmare !!! You would think with a brand new building they would have hired a new crew with polite manners. Unless there is a drastic change…I won’t be back. I get better service at a convenience store. If you like good food with a rude attitude and eye rolls..they got you covered.

Garbage Service, Dirty dining room, food was only decent after I had to call them out about the nearly hour long wait for a burger they screwed up to begin with, then they made it properly after I said something. Overall just bad, lady at the counter tried to guilt trip me like I was in the wrong lol, nice try. Should’ve closed down for good the first time around- Cam.

Having to order on my food online and then waiting nearly an hour for this specific Burger King is unreal. The “Fast Food” part should be taken out because you can make the food with all ingredients bought and it wouldn’t take as long.
I honestly recommended avoid this burger king and going to any other besides this one. They’ve been slow as hell for years now. This is the slowest they’ve ever been. I’m use to 20 to 39 minutes.
Avoid this Burger King. Just go to Rock Hill or Columbia. It’ll be far faster

Very slow, not from being busy so much as, the manager moves slow as molasses. I normally don’t write bad reviews. But twice since they’ve re-opened I have came and both times it’s been a terrible atmosphere with the manager talking bad to people and bragging about talking junk to customers. And literally taking like 2 minutes to just put peoples stickers on there bag.. if you want to order food from here I suggest you order 30 minutes prior to getting here.

Manager is very unprofessional and has an attitude problem and lazy and too busy parking orders at her employees and not properly helping her employees and talking down on them one of the employees were almost in tears felt sorry for them and this is not the 1st not the 2nd time but the 3rd time we’ve seen this IN A ROW that we’ve been there to pick up door dash orders. The manager just rolls her eyes at customers and has a bitchy tone towards everyone including her customers everyone in the restaurant had been waiting on orders for more than 20 minutes one women came from the drive thru that was told to pull up and had been waiting just in the drive thru 30 minutes alone not including the 15 minutes she was inside while I was waiting on door dash orders needs to just shut back down honestly. 3 people in there tonight were already trying to call corporate.

How does this place have such terrible management after being re opened recently. The lines are absolutely atrocious and they don’t even have what you want half the time I literally waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line to find out they didn’t have what I came for. If you can’t even do a proper stock order and have some decent drive thru times close the store, train the staff and get better management. Total waste of my time

“With cheese” is a pretty simple term but I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been charged for it and gotten home to find none. Hire people that can do simple tasks.

Everytime I came here I waited over an hour inside the store and in drive thru. They don’t answer the phones and they play around in the back instead of taking the job seriously with your food. I do not recommend going here
