I give this review because of the young man name Bruce.. his customer service is excellent. He offer to help me and my husband as we awaited for our food. He then offer to help others who was patiently waiting. There was a another lady that attended to me who was working alongside the guy manager. She was pissed that I asked for fresh chicken. Bruce then offer to help with a smile. Others that was standing in line behind me complained about the same lady with an attitude… BRUCE SAVE THE NIGHT… KEEP THAT KID.. HE’S AMAZING

Food is great at this location. Better than any of the others I’ve been to in the county. I’ve eaten here about ten times now and it’s never been dry or overcooked like some of the other Popeyes in Broward. Service is quick and accurate as well. The only thing I can complain about is the small dining room when it’s busy, but seems they all have them.

My experience at this Popeye’s was truly awful. I spent 40 minutes queuing at the drive-through. An unusually long wait by any standard.
When I finally received my order, the food was completely unacceptable. The chicken was stone cold, dry, and clearly had been sitting far too long before being served. After such a long wait, receiving food in this state was beyond frustrating. Unfortunately, I couldn’t turn back to address it immediately, as the drive-through line was backed up with cars queuing out into the street.
This was not just a minor inconvenience, it was a complete failure in both service and quality, and it has left me questioning whether I can trust this location again. I expect fresh, hot food when I visit Popeyes, and I received the opposite. It was completely inedible and I wasted $25 for food that I had to throw away.

This is hands down the worse Popeyes I’ve been to. Spicy chicken was cold, burnt, had no season, and seems like the grease it was fried in was old. Tried to return the food for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give a refund because it was ordered through the app. The manager ended up processing the refund so thank you for that, but you guys need to get it together. I’d rather go to Pollo Campero at this point.

The Mac and cheese was clearly made in a pot or container that was not cleaned properly. It tasted like bleach or the cheese used was expired, and I felt sick hours later. Restaurant and corporate didn’t even bother helping me resolve this unsafe issue. I’ll be contacting health department of Miramar regarding the issue

The wings I ordered were old, dry, and barely had any sauce. I returned the food because the quality was bad.
The young female manager was rude and standoffish and did not try to help. She told me it was “up to me” whether I wanted my money back or the wings, I requested a refund and she didn’t even know how to process the refund!!! So I had no choice but to take the wings.
There was another manager on duty who did not speak English at all, which made it impossible to communicate. That is unacceptable for a management position. Customer service and food quality at this location are very poor.

Newly built Popeye’s, I visit whenever I am in the area. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. I paired it with their buttery biscuits and pie, which were both absolutely delicious. The sclassic option is full of flavor. Service was quick, and my order was hot and fresh.
