I just spent 40 minutes in the lobby of this Wendy’s the night crew is absolutely terrible… they are rude as hell and they just clear orders without putting them out. I placed it on the kiosk and took 35 minutes to get and I had to say something for my order to even be started. They were more focused on the drive thru and door dash orders. I placed my order then 6 fort dash orders dropped and they did every door dash before mine I day crew is amazing no complaints but night crew is terrible just terrible!

Felt invisible. Stood at counter for awhile while a lady and guy went back & forth about nothing in particular. Had to announce myself, raise my voice to give them my name they requested, just felt like they didn’t want to serve me. Never happened to me at another Wendy’s before. Well, it did once in high point north main location but drive thru operator made up for the rude counter server. This time I felt like they just wanted me to leave

Whatever you do check your salad.. got the Cobb salad versus my usual unhealthy lunch option.. but should have stuck to what I knew… the bottom of my salad is full of cakey bacon grease that has fell to the bottom. Meaning it wasn’t fresh and they didn’t drained the grease, the bacon was black as well.. so of course the grease on the salad was gross tasting burnt .. DO BETTER and use common sense

Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce cause I’m allergic , a bacon double stack. That arrived with NO bacon. I had to use an epi pen because I touched the lettuce and I’m highly allergic . Yeah. Corporates gonna get called and a lawyer.

All cold! Burger looked liked it was cooked at lunch time. If you cannot make fresh-for fast food then do not serve CLOSE the store at night. My family was driving from Florida to home and needed food for my 2 year old.

This has to be the absolutely slowest Fast food place that has ever existed. It is 10pm 3 cars in line, havent moved in 10 mins and they still have me waiting at the window.

Gave four stars because my sandwiches were cold but my taters were hot. I hate traveling and eating because it is like I am going to run into something like this. Then I had to wait additional minutes to get my drinks and my tea wasn’t even sweet.

Guess it’s not the workers fault but system was down and they serve the costumers because they didn’t know prices without the smart cash register they didn’t know how to use a calculator and figure out the taxes. While there is know they lost about 10 to 12 paying costumers.
