The closest thing to real Mexican I have had since living in El Paso!! Not only do they serve homemade tortillas, but they have white sauce that I have only found in Virginia. I am driving up from Fayetteville once a month.

I went there yesterday everything was ok at first but the good part was when I got home my stomach started to cramp and hurt I couldn’t sleep last night waking up to use the restroom I felt the chorizo like it tasted weird like it was from days ago don’t go eat there you’ll get food poisoning from there be careful where you eat I hope the owner or manager sees this so they can do better for customers I’m not back there never again it was my first and my last. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Didn’t live up to the 4.6 stars. I went there hoping for good food. Ordered a lunch special. The beef enchilada was bland and dry. The beans were missing.
Ordering online was next to impossible as the additional options make no sense.
It was difficult to order what I wanted as I’m guessing the specials online don’t match the ones in store as the man kept saying the wrong specials number for my order.
The only redeemable part of this was the shredded chicken quesadilla.
While the prices are low, you get what you pay for.

What a unique find! We needed to spend a few days in Benson North Carolina and asked the young lady at the hotel where a good place to eat close by would be. She recommended this restaurant and I’m so glad she did! It started with chips and salsa. The salsa flavor was spot on and the chips were crunchy and still warm. I asked the waitress what I should order and she recommended La fiesta special. It was chicken, fresh mushrooms, fresh zucchini, onion, and green pepper cooked in what taste like a fajita type of seasoning served over a cheesy seasoned rice. It was delicious! They were also warm tortillas for eating with it but I could not find room. Another person in my party got fried chicken chimichangas and the chicken was very flavorful.
The wait stuff was great! We arrived at 7:15 and I was afraid it would be too late and they would close soon. We were one of four tables and it was pretty quiet. By 745 the place was packed and there was a line out the door. On a Monday night! They handled it well thank got everybody in and see it as quickly as possible. All the food that went by look delicious and while we were there I never saw anybody returned their food or complain that it wasn’t exactly what they wanted. It was a really nice atmosphere and really great food. If you’re ever in Benson make it a point to stop by! Definitely recommend! Easy on and off I95!

I was blown away by this establishment not only was the service completely top-notch the restaurant was wonderfully clean and updated and the food was so great!!!!!! Seriously this is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The six pack of tacos that are all different meat was very interesting to try all of their styles and the steak and shrimp fajita plate really had wonderful flavors.

Sooooo good! Husband and I stopped here while driving through and we’re so glad we did. The carne asada tacos are delicious, but the al pastor is even better. Definitely worth a stop.

We stopped here as we were passing by because they had really good reviews and we definitely weren’t disappointed! It’s not in the most noticeable location, but it’s a hidden gem tucked away. The food was amazing and way more than we could eat. I had a burrito with shrimp, peppers and onions in it and it was way better than I expected it to be, and way more filling! Definitely stop in if you’re in the area! (Sorry for the half eaten picture, I forgot to take one before I dug in)

I really had high hopes for this place and it severely let me down. I had ordered the fajita dinner, the steak and chicken combo. It was very bland and I couldn’t detect any seasoning. The grilled meat and veggies look as if they were all put through a wood chipper. Everything was julienne cut which dried out the meat when it was cooked. The fresh sides container was lackluster. I got about an ounce of the following: rice, sour cream and tomato. I also got about 2 ounces of refried beans and guac. The tin it came in was maybe a quarter filled. The tortillas served on the side were also hard. Next, the carnitas meal: it was very under seasoned, if seasoned at all. The meat was tender, but severely lacked flavor. Also, the quesadillas also came to us pretty charred. I expected some browning, but it wasn’t enjoyable. The only redeeming item was the queso cheese, it was really good. I honestly don’t think I’ll return to try any more food. It tastes like it was made by a bunch of middle aged white women who think think that black pepper is spicy.
