I order from Door Dash anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week. And only from el patron. Food has always been great. Tonight I get charged 1.89 for lettuce tomatoes and onions added to soft tacos. Which I have ordered many times. Not only the added charges but was only about a spoonful of ad ons. I know that’s not a big deal but to me it is.

El Patron 3 in Trussville is a must-visit! I had the steak fajitas, and they were absolutely incredible, served sizzling hot, bursting with flavor, and perfectly tender. The seasoning was spot on, and every bite was better than the last. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re craving authentic, delicious Mexican food, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

I went for lunch and got the fajita fiesta bowl. It was a good sized portion for lunch. I could not finish it all so if you paired it with the free chips and salsa, it is plenty for 2 people in my opinion. The chips were fresh. Service was amazing. My one and only complaint was that the food was over- salted. Without that, I would have given 5 stars across the board.

Got a recommendation from a family friend to check El Patron 3 in Trussville, AL area.
Absolutely the top notch and very wonderful food an amazing service. The waitress was super sweet along with the manager & staff. Honestly, definitely in my Top#1 of just overall presentation, attention to detail an service.
PROS: Amazing food an all hot n fresh, side dishes requested turned out amazing (Guacamole was astounding) Clean restrooms, wonderful service, Clean restaurant & presentation, Staff ready to refill glasses and check up on tables, and so much wonderful service.
CONS: Honestly nothing upon my visit was let down.

The Shrimp Fajita Bowl was FIRE! Their salsa is great. My hubby had the Poblano and rice ..so good. I noticed that they have awesome drink specials and daily lunch specials for $6.50. HIGHLY recommend.

I erased my orginal post about my special needs kid because I couldn’t respond and some stuff was false. My son NEVER went into the kitchen area just near it. My mom said to make sure the waitress Jennifer knows she truly appreciates her since she was the only one to help not harrass my mom. I still will never do business here again. People with children like mine with autism need to rethink coming if the child is the least bit over stimulated or not calm.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the Birmingham area. Probably would venture to say all of Alabama. Service is the best, always kind and caring and attentive. The lunch specials are our favorite. The picture included shows the fajita lunch and the fajita bowl lunch, only $20 for everything in the picture. Go to spot! Typically if we are going out to eat, you can find us here. Value, atmosphere, and service is hard to beat.
