I always order the rib plate. Unfortunately this place is always a hit or miss with the ribs. Most times the ribs are small and over cooked not tasting so fresh. For spending $75 I really felt like I shouldve gone somewhere else nice people nice environment

We stopped in twice, once at the Eagle Rock location and the other at the Pasadena location. Ordered curry on the side chicken katsu, laulau, kalua pork, reg chicken katsu (no pic) and malasadas. Everything was good except malasadas …not like Leonard’s bakery but it was ok; it was cooked to order so it was fresh. Missed Hawaii so this place hit the spot, we went twice during our California vacation!

Twice a month, I order the chicken plate for lunch and it’s always good. But when I go in the evening and order the same thing, the chicken is always burned. Would it be the burned chicken was done during the day and not serve for lunch? But serve in the evening?

Complete Hog Slop, can’t cook eggs they just burn them and leave them raw on the inside. Loco Moco was horrible. I love L and L I have eaten at alot, but this hands down is the Worst one. After I complained they couldn’t get it right. Wouldn’t even offer a refund
