Ordered to go. I’ve never been to Guy’s but heard a lot of people rant and rave about it. We thought we’d give it a try. Pizza was really bland and lacked any flavor. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they were frozen not fresh. Marinara sauce was cold and bland. Definitely not worth the hype.

I ordered a Chefs salad to-go today and was craving it while i was in town (i live 30 mins away from the location) since last time i got it, it was really good! This time when i get home and open my box im left with no DRESSING, no crackers, no HAM, and just honestly not enough toppings in general. I did ask for no tomatoes or olives and for the lettuce to be separated so it wouldn’t get soggy and they were more than happy to make those requests. I waited 12 minutes for this salad and I can’t really understand why because there were about 2 couples eating in and there’s nothing you have to cook for this, and some of the most important parts of the salad was left off anyways. They were friendly and very nice as always, and I did tip them although it was not deserved. Maybe I should’ve checked the box before I left but i’ve never had a problem with the restaurant before. Honestly just dissapointed and saddened that I couldn’t enjoy what I had expected to be a beautiful delicious salad, and it wasn’t worth it to drive another 30 minutes just for them to make me another one.

The service was pretty good but the food was amazing. We had a party of 5 and each ordered personal sized pizzas all different specialties.
Ordered the cheese sticks and bread sticks along with the marinara sauce which was good. My pizza was the Meaty specialty pizza. That and the bird dog were the best at our table.

The sauce and cheese on their pizzas have such a great taste. We had bell peppers added and they tasted freshly cut. Very happy with everything. We will definitely go back. Oh and the staff was really friendly.

Order to go tonight. Said it was would be ready at 5:45 got there right on time went up to window they said it wasn’t ready. 5:56 pulled back around still not ready they were waiting on the Italian sub. Finally 17 minutes after time it was suppose to be ready I get it and on my way. Just to get home and Italian dressing that comes with the sub was NOT in the box. Not like you have to order it separately… very disappointed. The crust was very dry.

First time eating here n I like. I got the bird dog pizza n house salad. The salad was good as compared to other pizza places. The bird dog was different but good really. I have 3 stars on service cause not once did I get asked if I wanted a refill on my unsweetened tea. I left a tip before I got the service, bad idea apparently. So with that said, food good service not so much. I’d still say check it out

We love eating here but the service has not been the best recently. Tonight we tried to call in an order and were put on hold for 19 minutes. We drive there to place our order and walk in to see one girl is on her phone, and the others just standing behind the counter. Also watched one girl answer the phone two other times just to put them on hold and walk away with no one else taking the call. It wouldn’t be an issue and I could be a lot more understanding if it were super busy but it’s almost empty inside. This is not the first night we have been left on hold like this.

On 10/11/25 I called in to order pizza for pickup because I have children in the car and was placed on hold for 15 minutes as I was on the way. I was on hold all the way up until I got here. Walked in to it not being busy at all. So I was very upset to notice employees just chit chatting as I was still on hold when I walked in. I would give a lower score but the pizza is probably the better pizza I’ve had in Anderson. Very upset right now. Cause now I have to wait when I wouldn’t have had to wait as long if someone would have took my order over the phone instead of placing me on hold for 15 minutes.
