Very disappointing experience. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited.
Today, I purchased about $20 worth of coffee and a wrap. After ordering, I went to my car briefly and then came back to sit at a table to charge my laptop.
One employee came over and told me I needed to buy something to use the table. I politely explained that I had already made a purchase, and he walked away. Shortly after, another employee approached me again and spoke very rudely, even after I showed him my receipt.
The situation escalated unnecessarily. The employee pointed his finger at me, argued, and showed complete disrespect. He clearly does not know how to treat customers.
This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially toward a paying customer. Because of this experience, I will not recommend this location to anyone, and I will stop buying from Dunkin going forward.

Very nice and clean location. It’s a beautiful spot BUT i got exactly the opposite of what I ordered. Ordered chocolate munchkins, for plain munchkins. Ordered Chocolate ganache donut, got chocolate sprinkle donut. I’m not mad bcuz I love all kind of donuts. But, why order just give me what you want to give me.

My experience at this Dunkin Donuts was horrible. Yesterday Sunday morning (12/7/2025), I went in to get a refresher drink and a frozen matcha. I was explaining to the lady what I wanted and she began to get excited and rude because I think that her English wasn’t all that great. I asked her to calm down. She ended up getting my order wrong as it pertained to the frozen matcha and gave me matcha with ice instead. I try to tell the manager that she was rude and that she needed to calm down, but he did nothing and they started speaking spanish and laughing. Overall, I was displeased with the services due to their rudeness. They need to do better and learn better English, instead of taking it out on the customer and getting the order wrong so to deliver better services! I will not go back!!

I usually get a drink from any Dunkin’ Donuts location and request for them to put the whipped cream in a small expresso shot glass for my fur baby. This location the lady at the window charged me 1.50 in order to do that which doesn’t make sense to me since the only difference is the cup being given to me. Bhazi disapproves two paws down.

Never had an issue before but the avocado toast wasn’t toasted, the bacon served was crumbled and burned. When I went back to request another one manager said it is how they serve all of them, so next one will be the same.
I just think quality and taste wise this avocado bacon toast is nothing I’d get again.

Quick and easy ordering. They practice good social distancing, with all employees wearing masks and all customers. The employee taking my order was friendly and cordial, which is always appreciated. The food is what you would expect from a Dunkin. Overall a great experience. Would come back there again.

just went here and ordered a midnight brew and they gave me their regular brew. Then i ordered hash browns and asked for ketchup at the speaker and window and didn’t get any ketchup. Plus it was very rushed. Unimpressed.

I usually go to this Dunkin every morning. It’s great with its fast serving customer with no doubts. However, everytime I order iced coffee(any type!) with less ice. They leave the top part empty, like seriously I paid M size coffee. When I told the lady in drive thru window I was told u said less ice. Yes! Less ice means don’t put too much ice. It doesn’t mean to make LESS coffee!!!!!! It’s like im paying S size drink to pay M size.
