I got a foot long, chips, and drink for over $20 which is just insane.
The sandwich was straight up disgusting. Chicken super fry. Bread had the consistency of croutons, vegetables were past their prime.
The chips were the only thing salvaging the sandwich. You really shouldn’t spend >$20 for a simple sandwich and be disgusted. How this is still an establishment I really for the life of me just don’t understand.

I am writing to request a full refund for two Subway sandwiches purchased at your [Darien Ct. Store # 58642-0] on [3/26/2025] at approximately [3:0139pm]. My coworker and I were extremely disgusted to find a hair strand in her sandwich, which caused her to vomit upon seeing it. Additionally, my sandwich had a strong, foul odor, and was poorly constructed with uneven fillings.
This experience was completely unacceptable and not only ruined our lunch but also caused distress and discomfort. We expect better quality control from Subway and are demanding a full refund for these substandard sandwiches.

TERRIBLE customer service. I would give 0 star if I could. I requested the worker to change his gloves before making my sandwich. He just gave me a huge attitude. All I was trying to tell him is that I cannot eat pork and for my peace of mind, please change your gloves before making my sandwich. Then he just walked away and told me that talk to the manager of you want. The workers were defending him. The manager did absolutely NOTHING. It was a simple request. I don’t think I was asking too much. I can see why the reviews here are so bad. I hope the owner sees this review.

I arrived at 8:45pm and store says it closes at 9pm but they were ALREADY closed. I was looking forward to it as I had a long drive and am vegetarian so its difficult for me to find food on the road.

Amazing sandwich !!!! Great care given to my order. I’m so happy ! Khalife and Valerie were so quick, courteous, and efficient in helping out their customers. There were plenty of people and orders ahead of me. I was helped before I could consider going elsewhere. I was greeted with a smile and willingness to help with my crazy order. There was this one unpleasant customer who was slowing down the line with his heckling. Khalife dealt with him in a responsible and professional manner without slowing the line down at all. I was impressed. I wish more subway employees could be like the ones who helped me tonight. We hope to see them again when driving this direction.

Worse service ever, the cashier was really rude, the guy who making the sandwich it take like 10 min to put chesse on the bread. If they don’t want to work they better find a better place to work. I am paying for good food and good service.
