Ordered the curry chicken with fried rice. Immediately was impressed by the quantity and freshness. This is the closest Ive had in houston that reminds me of chinese store from your local cornerstore up Northeast
04/25/25 update. Ordered number 72, Shrimp and Broccoli and requested to add Sesame Sauce. Even though only about 7-8 shrimp, Wow, the taste of this entree was yet again another TKO, awesome flavor, shrimp cooked perfectly and Broccoli steamed just right. Who could go wrong with the Sesame Sauce, this was the kicker. (It normally comes with Garlic Sauce). Highly Highly Highly recommend.

This is not the China Star Buffet. I ordered Bourbon Chicken, but it was nothing close to how it’s made at the mall. I got chicken in barbexue glaze.
Egg drop soup tastes like tap water. Eggroll tastes like it was precooked. Fried rice could use some egg. The atmosphere is liminal.

My delivery experience was great! I was unexpectedly attracted to the barbecue ribs part way through my phone order and they turned out to be the best ribs I’ve ever had, also ended out topping the actual dish I wanted. I had a super stressful week where everything has gone wrong, this delivery order ended out being the highlight of my week and shows that some people actually take pride in their business.

Ordered hot n sour soup, should be HOT TOFU soup. Shrimp egg rolls were hollow inside mostly. Overall not good food.
