I come to this location whenever I’m in the area as I live in Murfreesboro. Our daily office doordash orders come from here as well. This team does such a great job and always wants to make sure the customer loves their order. Friendly and hardworking staff. I have never had a bad experience with them. Their coffee, teas and food are delicious!
I will choose them over Starbucks etc… every time!

So I finally went and tried the new Just Love on Hazelwood. Meh! And Meh!
For $34 I got a large peppermint mocha coffee – a womlete(which was on their site but not on their very limited menu in the restaurant) and a plain Belgium waffle.
Welp y’all. I had high hopes for this one. The one in Murfreesboro that I went to a few years back was amazing. So again, high hopes.
This one is NOT! Absolutely 0 flavor in the womlete. No salt, no pepper, no anything. Basically throw some eggs in a waffle maker with some ingredients and voila’. Rubbery too. Well no sir, no ma’am. And the basic waffle was dry dry dry. We opened the boxes and was like wow this all looks good.
One bite in and I felt like I just left the casino in 5 mins in with them keeping all my money.
Don’t waste your money or your time for $34 – keep it. This was a complete waste of money. Watery womlete thing, just ewww.

Do yourself a favor and just stop at the mapco for some coffee and and use their free creamer, eat their wrapped up breakfast and I promise you won’t be as mad as I was about this chalky $8 coffee. And $10 womlete and $10 plain waffle.

The Toasted Coaster
I placed an order for curbside, and when I arrived, parked in the designated curbside spots. I called to let them know I was there, placed an order for curbside, and I was in the designated spot. They let me know they would be right out. I waited 20 minutes before calling back, and just restated my information. They then said they do not offer curbside and I need to come to the drive thru. Needless to say, my food was cold by the time I got it. My ticket on my order said curbside as well. I suggest taking this off as an ordering option if curbside is not offered.
I love the Just Love franchise, but this location is not it. Not my first time with issues at this location, but first Google review (ever). For the price charged, and experience – not worth it at this location unfortunately.

The food was good, i got the breakfast tacos, honestly not what i expected but was still good. the salsa dip was better than the taco itself. I got a caramel pumpkin spice iced latte and it was really good. it’s really expensive, not for usual stops for breakfast and coffee, maybe every other week. I wouldn’t come back personally. spent 18$ on 2 small breakfast tacos and a latte. i feel like that is not a lot. customer service was amazing tho and the girl was super nice. it was absolutely dead inside and no one in drive through when i came around 2:30pm

It’s a bit pricey for blue collar but good for white collar. Atmosphere is quiet. Food was good. Clean and stocked well. Showing signs of wear. Real plants are a nice touch. It was acceptable.

So disappointed: the cafe in Murfreesboro is so delicious and friendly with a great atmosphere, so when we were in Smyrna we decided to stop in for our favorite sandwiches. That turned out to be a $45 mistake. I ordered my coffee to-go, but it was served in a coffee cup. Ok, no biggie. It was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours (we were there around 1:30 pm). That cup of coffee that was over $4 ended up in the trash. I didn’t complain because the young lady behind the counter was completely alone. On a Sunday. Around lunchtime. She had been kind and she looked frazzled so I just threw the coffee away. My grilled cheese sandwich was burned and had about half the cheese on it compared to the one in Murfreesboro. It was inedible, so I threw it away. Another $11 literally in the trash. The music was loud and annoying. The half and half curdled in my coffee. It just wasn’t near a good experience at all. The owners of this location need to confer with the other franchise because they have it down to a science.

We visited Just Love on a weekday morning we had off at about 9:30 AM, and it was great! There’s plenty of seating in the cute space inside, all wood and old lights. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We enjoyed our chai latte with half the ice, our latte, and our fruity refresher. Pictured are all “regular” size. We didn’t get any of their famous Waffle breakfasts, but we might just have to next time. Come to Just Love for a great coffee shop experience!

Just had my first experience at this Just Love Coffee location in Smyrna! Needed a quiet place to do my school work outside on the weekends, and it is just what I needed on this nice day! As soon as I entered the shop, the two employees (manager and guy making the drinks) were the nicest people I have came in contact with at a coffee shop. There aren’t many people here, but there should be because not only are they really nice, but the lumberjack iced latte I got was AMAZING! The manager has the most excellent customer service. I will be back for sure regularly! Thank you to the manager I got to meet!

Ordered breakfast to be delivered for myself and my team at work, and there were lots of issues. I ordered a Belgian waffle that was supposed to come with whipped cream and powdered sugar, and got a waffle that was soggy and completely plain. My coworker only got 1 out of the 2 breakfast tacos we ordered, and her side of avocado was brown. My other coworker had to throw his order away because the plastic of the syrup container that came with his sausage and egg waffle had melted onto the food. My other coworker also pointed out that his side of avocado that came with his burrito was brown. Overall, we all had issues with our food, and nothing tasted very good. That’s a lot of money to spend for bland food that didn’t get cooked or packaged correctly.
