I ate here either Christmas Eve, or day. I forget. They were very busy but I didn’t have to wait. The restaurant was in great shape, perhaps recently remodeled? Very clean.
Service was very prompt and kind. Food was very good. Even the decaf coffee was pretty decent, and it’s hard to get good decaf.

IHOP is a great spot for breakfast any time of day! The server was super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The food came out fresh, hot, and fast – pancakes were fluffy and buttery, eggs cooked perfectly, and portions were just right.

The restaurant was very clean. The service was efficient and our food was prepared quickly and tasted excellent. The presentation was appealing, and everything looked fresh and well prepared. Overall, it was a very great dining experience, and I would gladly return.

So we stopped in for a quick bite before shopping. Had a delicious veggie egg white omelet with avocado. So filling I could not eat it all. My friend had the fried shrimp and fries. The kids had you guessed it. Pancakes . One had birthday cake and the other had a chocolate chip. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs. Very little customers for noon,there definitely should be more. Clean tables, silverware and best of all no dusty windowsills. Lol!! Time to give IHOP another try, you will not regret it.

Frank, our waiter, hostess and cashier, was over the top friendly and attentive, given it was late at night, and we were the only ones eating at the restaurant. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and staff was professional.

It wasn’t a crazy busy place on a Saturday morning, we got a nice corner table right away. The food was fine and the staff were friendly. There was a small mistake in our order and they replaced it right away. I will definitely go back to this place.

I received a dirty plate underneath, which was unpleasant… Additionally, the pancakes tasted off, as if they had absorbed flavors from something else cooked on the same pan. This took away from the signature pancake experience IHOP is known for.

I order the crepes combo with bacon. Food was good nice and fresh. The reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the warm coffee.
It was great have a free and plenty parking available.

I previously gave the Pier 39 IHOP a 1-star review because the eggs benedict there were missing the meat, which was very disappointing. However, this location is a completely different story! Everything was perfect — the meat was tender, the eggs cooked just right, and the flavors were incredible. This IHOP really impressed me, and I couldn’t be happier with my meal. Highly recommend this location!

Besides the usual menu and decor, this IHOP is kept decently clean and the service is better than average. The food’s up there with any other well run IHOP. For a Saturday at noon, it wasn’t super busy so we didn’t wait long at all before being seated. Decent amount of floor staff, too. 5 star experience
