This store is filthy. The bathroom is disgusting. There’s not even a seat on the toilet. The paper is there leaning on the dirty wall and sitting on top of the nasty dispenser. No soap!! The young man making my 5 meat sandwich only put 4 meats on it, I brought it to his attention and he fixed it. I then asked for my sandwich toasted. With the “supervisor” present, he placed our sandwiches into the toaster oven without turning it on. He then took the not warm at all sandwiches and proceeded to figure out how to cut them. It was ridiculous that he couldn’t properly close or cut a sandwich. I asked for the supervisor to help as he was about to just give me a mess. She closed it and cut it for him. Did i mention he put mayo/sauces on top of the meat, cause he poorly placed it on the bread. There’s zero standards at this store. Avoid at all costs. The health department needs to check this place immediately!!!

I went to two subways one subway by Southlake Mall was close. Then I drove to the one on old Dixie when I walk into the store. It was dirty like it has not been cleaned up since this morning. There was two new people that did not know what they was doing. They ran out of products. They had no turkey. I ordered two ham sandwiches, both of my sandwiches postal cone with 16 ham, but they only came with six on each sandwich if this is how Subway is running a stores now I never been to a subway like this before whoever the guy that was there a year ago y’all need to bring him back and I will be sending my pictures to corporate. That is ridiculous.

This restaurant is beyond foul… I don’t understand how I got turkey when I ordered steak… it’s barely anything on the sub. This store do not put into any care how they make your food. I guess I have to come and watch them make up it next time…

Today I went to this Subway on Old Dixie Hwy. When I entered this place the lady who seemed to be the only one working the front didn’t say a word to me after being there for 20 minutes waiting for her to fix a sandwich for someone else. She finally got to me and asked me what was I having and I told her. She proceeded to fix the sandwiches but I saw that the lettuce was very brown and I asked her to get some fresh lettuce because most of the lettuce was almost gone and brown. This lady got another pan of lettuce and added the old brown lettuce on top of the more fresher lettuce. I was floored by her actions and then I noticed her nails had dirt under them. I will never come back!

I came into this location at 8:03pm and left at 8:43pm the young man with the dreds has no sense of urgency and has no care in the world . In the midst of waiting a customer came in and lashed out because she stated she been waiting 1 and 30 minutes for him to remake 2 sandwiches . He didn’t apologize or anything it just made him move even slower . I am very unsatisfied and will NOT be returning to this location .

this location is riddled with gnats and flies. I literally watch the workers swat flies away from the food so God only knows what it looks like in the back. All my veggies were wilted and the employees were disgustingly rude. never come here, just drive the extra 5 minutes to the next cleaner subway.

The lady that fixed my sandwich was nice but quality of steak meat I got tasted horrible and it made me throw up. The bread was also not fresh. Plus I did not receive napkins in the bag with my sandwich.
