This is the worst kfc I’ve ever seen and weve been a faithful kfc family my entire life, im from west Virginia and the kfcs there are great, if you pay attention to every resturant close to kfc are packed, drive thrus full and then you look over at kfc and its empty, i understand why now, the employees look like they sleep in the back, the portions they give are half the bowl, and not to mention they are the first store to not offer kfc plates for families having an outing. If someone from corporate would show up in plain clothes unannounced they would be shut down the next day. NOBODY EAT FROM KFC IN EL RENO.

I picked up a 12 piece with 3 large sides (1 Cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy) and ordered 1 more large Cole slaw. I got home and found that both the mashed potatoes were about 1/3 the way full and only 1 gravy but still more gravy than mashed potatoes.also 1 of the 2 Cole slaws were half full. This meal cost over $50 and I had to go buy more potatoes.

I went to the El Reno location and ordered 8 pieces for the $10 special. Mrs. Mercedez handed them to me. I asked for some ketchup and honey. She gave me only 2 packs of each. I asked her if I could have some more. She said no because you don’t have a biscuit, and it was a special deal, that’s all you can get. I asked her name she paused for a moment then told me was Jane or Gene. But I looked at the receipt her name is Mercedez. She is around mid-60 years old but lies from left to right with the altitude. That’s so cheap and rude. When I opened it, there was a chicken leg very tiny as the size of a chicken wing. Picture below. When I took it all out from home. I saw the bottom piece thigh was half burned and she hiding at the bottom of the basket. I did report. Never come back for sure.

This was my best KFC experience ever. The food was great and the employees were helpful, courteous, and professional. The manager Robert worked to satisfy us and made sure we were happy. I recommend stopping at this KFC while passing through El Reno, Oklahoma.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this unit I eat here after work about 3 days out of the week. This location usually closes about 9pm although today the mgr told me the fryers were cut off early and refused to drop me fresh nuggets. I never have issues with this location but after the lack of customer service I will not be coming back I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered online and my food was hot and fresh and the most delicious, juicy chicken I think I’ve ever had from a KFC, the man working the register/window was polite and carried my food out to me in the mobile pick up spot. This was so much better than the experience I had about 4 or 5 months ago, I’ve been craving fried chicken and was so pleased with this meal ❤️ thank you guys!

Pulled in at 8:15pm. Was told they had a few wings but that they had already turned off the fryers for the night. I didnt end up getting the wings and left. If fryers are going off at 8, then just close the store. Why wait until 9?
