Pizza was delicious, really like the flavor of the meat lovers, and I don’t normally like meat lovers pizza. Atmosphere was pretty sparse, not bad, just like it got cleaned out and then never got redecorated.

I HAVE BEEN HERE MANY TIMES, BUT HAVEN’T BEEN IN A FEW YEARS! THERE PIZZA IS GOOD BUT I REMEMBER RECEIVING PIZZA THAT HAD BEEN SITTING OR SOMETHING BECAUSE IT WASN’T THAT GREAT & IT WAS HARD CRUST ON TOP OF IT.. THAT’S WHAT MADE ME STOP GOING.. MY MOM EATS FROM THERE AND LOVES THE FOODS! I MAY GO BACK & SEE FOR MYSELF! CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT.. I WAS HERE ON 1/13/26 & GOT A LARGE STEAK AND CHEESE W/ MUSHROOMS AND KETCHUP.. THE GRINDER WAS GOOD BUT TOO MUCH BREAD AND NOT ENOUGH STEAK! FOR THE PRICE IT SHOULD OF BEEN LEGIT BUT IT WASN’T! THE SLICE OF PIZZA WHICH MY FIANCE GOT WITH BACON & SAUSAGE WAS GOOD TOO! I have not experienced your restaurant yet. I was sitting at Walgreens and could smell something good, the folks said Empire has the best chicken wings. I can’t enlarge the menu enough to read it. I love mild wings and not crispy, can you list the amount and prices of wings? I live 35 minutes away but do all my shopping etc in Pittsfield. Will order soon. PS your pizzas look good too!

I never got my order. I have an online account, but unfortunately for me the food was delivered to the last address I had used , instead of my home address. There was know one at that address. I didn’t pay enough attention to my email confirmation to notice the address. It was too late to do anything when I finally figured it out. I was told it was my problem, and wasn’t even offered a credit for the food that ended up at an empty house. The delivery was late because it was a nasty night. So there was no time to rectify the situation. Myself and my family have been good customers throughout the years. My nephew orders from there at least a few times a month. He may still, but they lost my business. I ordered Chinese that night instead.

In response to Empire’s response. First of all I didn’t hang up! If the very nice lady on the end didn’t hang up, I believe the call must’ve dropped. I &tried to call back, but didn’t get through. She was extremely nice, very apologetic, and took a minute to explain what probably happened. I was also nice, and not at all upset with her. She did say that she would try and reach the driver, and see if he was willing to go back and get the food from the empty house. I felt bad about this because the roads were bad and it was already late. I didn’t know whether or not she heard my response, because like I said, the call went dead.
Secondly, I called back, when I had time, to see if I could speak to a manager to see if I get something done, because we are good customers. I obviously made the mistake, and it was delivered to an address where no one was there to get it, but the animals, but I expected a little more curtesy and polite discord from management. Not to be called a liar or dishonest. The sad thing is that you’ve had two more orders since then delivered to my house. One yesterday, and one today. If it was just up to me, I am even more inclined not to order from you again, after reading your response to me.

There are quite a few food items that I like to get from here, Empire Pizza. My favorite thing is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza! I believe it’s the best in the Berkshires for sure. I get it with Grilled Chicken and light Mild sauce (gives it a more buffalo taste rather than a hot sauce taste). It’s great, and I honestly order it at least a couple times a month! A+

Such great personal service. The place is clean and open, the food is delicious, they prepare pretty much anything you can imagine – even ICE CREAM!! Empire pizza has established itself as an important part of the community but it is also a community established meeting ground for great food and great friends!

I bought a 18-in grinder I kept half give half to my neighbor I ordered ham and cheese onions lettuce tomato and roasted red peppers I asked it for it hot and the roll you could tell was stale before the heated it One thin layer of ham decent amount of tomato decent amount of lettuce real skimpy on the onions and the red peppers were almost non-existent This grinder cost me 16 bucks The picture I’m leaving is the half that I got I haven’t asked my neighbor whether or not it was any better so the photo is after I took two bites of my half. EDIT so I get a response from the owners saying that they could remember the grinders they made and I didn’t look at it because II had them wrap it special tight so they wrapped it in aaluminumfoil and the regular wrapping so it wouldn’t fall apart on my way home so not only do they not make a very good grinder but they’re not very honest on top of it steer clear this place at all costs
