I walked in, asked for 2 medium pizzas for carryout for when I got some groceries at the Kroger next door. The cashier looked at me like I asked her to land a spaceship on a friggin oil rig or something. They didnt even ask for a name to put on the order. I go do my thing, come back and get my food and, I’m telling ya: the way they cut these pizzas is something to behold (I took pictures). I don’t think they even used utensils, they had to have been using some new karate chopping method taught by sensei Hellen Keller. Not one of the cuts penetrated to the bottom of the pizza. Pretty sure it had one thimbleful of sauce. 33 dollars I’m never getting back. Don’t come here

Ordered a pickup from this place. Will admit I made a mistake in the ordering process which I didn’t learn about until I came back home which is on me, but when I arrived (under the assumption my order was successful), I stood in there for over 15 minutes with absolutely ZERO acknowledgement from any staff. There was a lady in front who was there for at least half an hour and was still there after I left (parked in a no parking spot with the car still running AND a baby in it by the way, at night). I finally got fed up and left after I actively asked for help to figure out what I did wrong with the order and got ZERO response or acknowledgement that I had said anything. completely ignored. I need to make a habit of checking reviews before I go to places. do not go here.

Prices are up and quality is down. I ordered 2 large pizzas. My issue is a works with original crust and got thin crust and light toppings.
It was ready incredibly fast. Was that because it cooks faster with thin crust?
The checkout time took about 10 minutes because he “hit the wrong button.” Stuff happens.
Maybe more training would be helpful.

Visited Papa John’s on 8/10/24 & ordered XL NY Style Pepperoni pizza & 2 of the 8 pieces had excessive air bubbles in it.
I called & spoke with Cassy letting her know, & she said she personally made & baked the pizza. She claimed there wasn’t anything wrong with the pizza.
I wasn’t wanting or asking for anything free, simply wanted a manager to be aware that pizza was below quality & Cassy was rude & kept insisting that there wasn’t an excessive air bubble.

DO NOT order dips with your delivery order. You will pay for them, but will never receive them! Then you’ll try and talk with the manager, and she does not care that you didn’t receive what you ordered. Just an fyi!

I ordered a pizza for dinner. When it got delivered I opened the box and it looks like the driver was playing GTA on his way here. I called the store and explained. The manager said ‘I’ll send another. It’ll be 35 minutes.’ Like, thank you for that and I didn’t expect groveling but maybe at least an ‘I’m sorry about that’ would have been nice?

Papa John’s needs to fix an issue where, when they themselves do not deliver and use Door dash, they need to give the Dasher the correct address. I have never received a delivery on time when a Dasher delivers because of this. Stop blaming the Dashers when they show me that they have been given the wrong address. Oh, and when I order your chicken poppers with sause on them, there should be sause on them. Disappointed
Update: tried to give them a few more shots. Both times my order was missing items. Tried calling the store but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes the call was ended from their end. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have given this store multiple chances and this will be my last order. I’m tired of spending $60+ and leaving good tips to receive cold pizza that’s thrown together and wrong. You pay extra for sauces they don’t deliver and bring food with toppings not ordered and the kids won’t eat. To add to it no place on the app to complain about a wrong order and if you call they’re rude as can be with no resolution.
