I ordered a custom pizza to get it extra saucey so I didn’t get a dry pizza and they lied and gave me a dry pizza I’m so livid I’ll never go back there they flat out lied I told him I wanted it light cheese extra sauce or easy cheese extra sauce however u prefer and I still got a dry pizza everyone at that store should be fired and start all over everyone I know in this area says they’re the worst and now I know why!!! Didn’t read the reviews until after I ordered. Glad I did! First off, the place was very clean! The service was excellent and our two pizzas were ready in under 15 minutes. Not hot and ready ones either. Pizzas were not as cheesy as other Little Caesars but good nonetheless.

I am wondering if there is some way to ensure with door dash or other delivery services that the drink is included with the order. My 2-litre is missing every single time and it is a long and daunting process to be refunded. Please just have a worker make sure the drink is grabbed or otherwise.

I know it’s cheap pizza and I expect it to taste as so but this last time was really bad. Pretzel crust was under cooked and the spicy jalapeno pepperoni pizza again under done. Fast is good but fully cooked food is better. Doubt I’ll be back and that makes me sad I did like this place in years past.

So this place is ok…I get it, it’s cheaper mass produced pizza so I never expect amazing. However this last time, our DEEP DISH pepperoni pizza was laughable. Not sure if they just didn’t want to wash the pan it is supposed to be cooked in or a serious lack of training, but it was definitely not deep dish. They were tiny and oval shaped…zero delicious crust, which is the only reason why you buy deep dish. Sad dinner. 🙁

Order crazy bread crust and got normal crust. After I went back they just added butter and parmesan to my already cold pizza. Got home and the butter was not melted and sitting on top of the pizza and NOT even the crust. No parmesan stuck to it at all and was just all over the box and I had to re heat the pizzas.

Getting worse every visit. Most recent visit, I got a hot and ready pepperoni, which they charged me extra for because it was “double pepperoni”. 9 pieces on the entire pizza is “double pepperoni”? Bull. In addition, it was severely undercooked and doughy in the center. I even quickly checked the pizza before leaving, saw pepperoni, and thought it was fine. Checking orders no longer enough to ensure quality with their severe decline. At least crappy freezer-aisle pizzas have the advertised toppings, which is something little Caesars is now incapable of apparently.

We got 2 pizzas and the way the supreme was made was gross. The toppings look like they where just added to the peperoni pizza that was already made. All the veggies were cut so big they didn’t even cook. Then the pretzel crust pizza was burnt and over salted. So we will not be returning to this place.
