I came in for my normal order do the hot Italiano ! I was greeted and helped by Gabby !! She was great and prompt and offered if I would like to upgrade my fry to a gourmet fry ! The food here is always so great and everyone that works here is so friendly . I will be back !

Let me tell you BEST location!!! Alexandria and jay are amazing. The customer service A1, my food fresh, fast, and delicious, the atmosphere amazing. They both went above and beyond. Usually I’ll stop at the fashion fair location since it’s closer but after my experience here I’ll definitely make the longer drive. Give these 2 employees raises they both had nothing but great attitudes and award winning smiles even when the online ordering board started to fill up.

Charley’s does follow safety protocols. They have decent sandwhiches. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with cheddar cheese. It came with little mayo then cold lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Was an interesting add that i politely tossed to the side.
I ordered the jalapeno fries. It comes with nacho cheese sauce, ranch and jalapenos. They were okay. They serve coca cola products. There is a Jamba Juice, Which Which sandwich, Panera Bread and Chicken Shack all next to it so there are options for all eaters if several options are needed. They offer outdoor seating. The sandwich is okay and fries are thicker soft fries with nacho cheese. Not bad.
