Called in a pizza to be delivered at 8:30, at 8:30 pizza wasn’t even made yet because they didn’t manually send the order over to be delivered. Very easy job so should be no excuse for a pizza that was ordered over an hour in advanced to be late much less 25+ mins late… very poor service

Every time I come here and enter the store. I’m NEVER greeted or acknowledged! The employees literally act as if I’m not even there UNTIL they are completely doing whatever task their currently working on. It’s so disrespectful. Im beginning to wonder is a color thing at this point! Every customer should at least be acknowledged upon entry!

Service, food and everything started out great since opening but went downhill! I’ve been a customer since they’ve opened and purchased a pizza every week or every other week today I purchased a create your own pasta. I wanted the Alfredo with tomatoes. I picked up my order and drove straight home. I got inside and to my surprised if look as if half my pasta was missing the pan wasn’t full at all. Nothing had spilled out I was livid. This is what I paid for? It looked like left overs! I called the store and pressed 5 to speak to a manager, the person that I spoke to said it is how they all look and nothing can be done. You have to be kidding, you can’t sale this and expect it to be okay?! Needless to say I won’t be going back, I’ll stick to Pizza Hut. See pictures of what I was served!

Food was not prepared when stated it would be ready. Pizza was very doughy and not good. Associates preparing food did not wear hair nets or hats. One was even brushing her hair out of her face while preparing an assembly line of pizzas. Very disappointed in the product and the service. For a fairly new restaurant, more training is needed. I will not order from this location again. They could take some lessons from Papa John’s in Pensacola.
