Extremely disappointed, yet again, with the service provided from Wawa. Sandwich was made carelessly, like they don’t want customers to come back, and was missing the rest of the products that were supposed to be on it. Being in the food service industry myself, I would never of allowed this to walk out of any of my restaurants like this.

Ordered a hot snickerdoodle latte through Uber Eats. I typically come in the store and order it myself but I’m due to have surgery any day now so I figured I would just have it delivered. HUGE mistake. Every time I’ve ordered in store it asks if I want whipped cream and I’ll choose yes. The drink is pictured with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. The app did not give me the option for whipped cream so I asked the uber driver to please have them add it. He said unfortunately the food/drinks are already bagged and sealed when I get there so there’s nothing I can do. I explained to him that if it’s already made and sealed to just please have the employee take it out of the bag, add the whipped cream & place it back in the resealed bag. I also called the store and explained the situation and the Wawa employee said she would make sure it was made correctly. Then the uber driver messages me saying he arrived at the store and they were preparing my drink now & he told them to add the whipped cream before they sealed it in the bag. So I was grateful for the awesome communication and the fact that he even cared enough to follow through with my simple request. So even though I had already left a 20% tip on the app I figured I would give him the little bit of cash I had in my wallet as a way of showing my appreciation (which made this drink $17.66 smh) Welll, got inside and opened the drink cause I usually put a little raw sugar on top of the whipped cream & guess what? Not only was there no whipped cream there was no steamed milk either. This Wawa is 1.3 miles from my house so there’s no way it just disappeared on the way here. I know it seems petty over some whipped cream but for me it’s not even really about the whipped cream. It’s the principle of it all. Why lie? Why would you accept more tip money if you didn’t fulfill a simple request? I know this is a review on wawas page but they are just as wrong as he is. The Wawa employee lied about making sure it was done & the barista that made the drink didn’t make the drink how it’s supposed to be made in the first place. $17.66 to be lied to. Zero customer service skills. Maybe the manager of this store should consider training sessions because the employee who told me she would take care of it & the barista who made it incorrectly needs some serious training because this is not how customers and or their orders should be handled. I went to this Wawa for the first time yesterday morning for coffee. I bring my own mug. The atmosphere was blah, customer service was not existent. I filled my mug and went to the counter. I was shocked to find out to fill my mug was almost $3 even the customers behind me spoke up and said something. I said, Yeah I know. I only pay $1.59 at RaceTrac. And that’s where I’ll be returning from now on. I tried Wawa because it was closer to where I was that day. But was very unhappy. The coffee wasn’t even as good. Especially for 3$. Very disappointing.

Clean store, best iced coffee, most the employees are very nice, helpful and speak to customers. Very few don’t even look at you. The managers are awesome at making sure their customers leave with a smile.

I got a simple hot turkey gobbler. It was even the “double stuffed” option.there was very little turkey. Almost no gravy. And a LB of cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. My wife got the same and had the same take.
I will give them another shot, but be weary the quality control seems to be hit or miss

Placed an order online dec 25, and the place was super busy super packed and the employees were working fast just want to say thank you to hard working employees there for all your hard work especially on a holiday, I hope the company appreciates you all I didn’t hear one complaint from the employees and one of the girls apologized for the backup, no need to apologize you guys were amazing!

I usually don’t do this and passive when it comes to rude people at a store but the young lady black hair working at the tobacco area was super rude to me. I was turning a ticket in a 100 dollar winner and I know tills can get short on 20s pretty quickly I’ve done cashier work before and I was just trying. To let her know im okay with big bills just throwing suggestions out so I didn’t short her on anything bill wise and she interrupted me mid sentence glaring at me saying you’re gonna get what I give you. Pretty rude and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one she was that way too I could tell she was annoyed before even approaching the counter. I forgive her but definitely needs to be addressed. We all have tough days at work and I know it ain’t easy to keep a smile on at all times but I was only trying to help. Most likely won’t be going there again. Hope her day got better! Cause damn she was nasty towards me

A sweet girl named Becca helped me get my gas receipt efficiently for work.
She also handled a couple irate customers like a pro that were in line before me.
She bounced back to taking care of customers in a hot minute with a wonderful attitude.
