This place started so strong when they first opened but has gone totally downhill. You wait 30 minutes in line just to receive a drink that tastes bad and half the time isn’t the right order. I ordered a medium blondie and sunrise fizz soda and received a sweet and salty breve and chiller that wasn’t even the right flavors and both drinks were poorly made and tasted gross. Annoying continuously wasting money and hoping it’ll be better the next time but it never is

I always enjoy the drinks here but the service is awful. Came through around 9:30am today and the employees were just rude, careless and talking about how bad management was while waiting for my drinks. McGalliard 7 Brew has way better service

Muncie received a lot of snow but kids and wife wanted to get out of the house and see how the roads were. Only a couple places were open so we stopped at 7 brew for a couple drinks! Emma was working solo as the manager and was more than happy to help us on this cold day! Keep up the good work Emma! Natural leader!

So much better than Dutch Bros! The drinks, the muffin tops, everything is just so good! I can’t even pick a “usual” drink because every drink I try is just as good as the last. The staff are super friendly and always have recommendations that hit whatever craving I’m having. Definitely my favorite hydration station!!

This was my second time coming to pick up 7 brew. And probably the 5th time to enjoy it.
I ordered 2 sugarfree Starburst, which is white choc, watermelon and strawberry…and energy.. one large and one small..
The large came out with pink foam all down the side and no color in the cup..assumining that’s where one of the flavorings went when the girl wiped it off…and the small was perfect. I wouldnt even give that drink to someone.
This is my last visit… $18. And a tip. For wasted time and money.
As much as I like this..I won’t be supporting it anymore.
I don’t understand how anyone could hand that off as an order.
More concerned with getting people through.
What happened to integrity.

The only place I’ll go for a coffee! I even went to one in Kentucky on our vacation. I will say I only have had maybe 3 drinks messed up since I started going once my coffee tasted like cleaner an smelled like cleaner . I came back and let them know and they replaced my drink which was made correct . She said she was sure why it had tasted like cleaner because they hadn’t cleaned their machines yet for that day (2:00pm ish) other wish the staff is always friendly and coffee is yummy.

Working next to a hospital, you need more staff to move quicker. I was in like with 3 other cars for 30 minutes. Morning crew ridiculously slow which is fine, but you need more staff to mend for that.
