I got the 24 piece boneless honey BBQ about 2-3 nights ago. I ordered online like before and ordered 45 mins before they closed. Then I got there to pick up about 15 minutes before closing. I didn’t think to check my bag before leaving and when I got home I opened the box of wings and this is what they gave me. The wings having sauce on only half of them wasn’t the worst part! I had to throw away atleast half of them because I thought they wear still froze in middle of wings. I can’t believe I wasted 25 dollars plus tax on “24 wings”. Plus I had two orders of fries and they give me like 7 or 8 fries in each box. Like how is that even possible. They were closed by the time I got home so couldn’t go back up there. I would’ve had them make me some more wings or at least get them to finishing cooking mine I had to begin with!!! I highly doubt I will be coming back to this Pizza Hut. Will definitely just make the drive to another location or order from somewhere else!!!

Pizza was burned. Got a replacement and that was burned too. Ended up trashing it. The others weren’t burned but weren’t tasty either. Dominoes would have been the better choice.

Earned lass than one star. Used to go to this location fairly often but they screwed up our order so many times we gave up. It’s been a couple of years, but it’s my daughters birthday and she wanted to try again. Terrible mistake. Of course they screwed up the order and what we did get was garbage. I will never go back. Don’t recommend it for anyone else either. They don’t care about their work and don’t deserve your business.

No matter how you order your food, it is never ready on time. I usually have to wait 20 minutes or more than the time it says it should be ready. Last visit, after waiting 20 extra minutes, I was shorted a pizza. This was for a birthday party. So, not only was I late getting back with the food. I didn’t have enough for everyone. The only positive thing to say is that at least the food was good. The person working the register was kind and seemed to be helping with multiple positions. You could hear one of the cooks in the back upset and had an attitude. I’m pretty sure I heard him using a few poor choices of words. I hope this review helps

This particular pizza hut has been unsuccessful in offering the minimum that is expected of a delivery service: knowing your financial information is safe, knowing that your order is correct, and timely action if either of the two are incorrect. On my two most recent orders, on one they did not making the pizza correctly (Pan was not prepared with correct edge) and they only provided one of two sauces ordered for the family cheese sticks. When I notified them of the error, the response was they could not fix it now, as if I needed to watch them make it if I wanted the correct order.
Due to my wife being sick I ordered again when my son was hungry and asked for it. This time the order was correct, but they gave me a different person’s receipt to sign for tip. When I told them the credit card number was incorrect, they told me they would bring me the correct slip. They did not, and I am worried that my card will be improperly charged. This is because the driver did not have the slip in the car (they had either gotten a signature from someone who is not me, or the person who set up the orders sent my receipt out to the wrong house). Either way, they did not bring back the receipt, even though the driver and a manager said they would. At this point I am worried I will have to contest the charge as it will bill me for something someone else signed for, with pizza hut taking no responsibility or concern. When I called the second time to ask when the receipt would arrive (after waiting at my house for 2 hours) they hung up on me. Keep in mind I ordered at 5 pm, and no one contacted me by 9 pm to let me know at least what was happening. My guess is that they gave my receipt to the wrong person and are hoping to ignore it until it goes away.
That’s a foolish and irresponsible way to manage a shift/business, and I encourage people not to risk their financial information with this pizza hut.
