9 of us went there last night for a family birthday, and it was such a wonderful overall experience!
The people who work here are especially great. The head waitress was gracious and friendly and attended to our every need. The assistant waitress was very nice and helpful as well. And the chef who prepared all of the food right in front of us – well he is quite an entertainer! There were so many things he did that made the food preparation an interactive experience, instead of us just sitting there watching him cook. He implemented so many cool ideas that made the whole thing a really fun experience for us all.
And the food was great! And surprisingly affordable. The entrees are complete, and all of them come with fried rice or lo mein, a couple of shrimp, a salad, and vegetables. All 4 of these included sides were made from scratch right there as we watched, flames and all. Oh yeah they also include a tasty, light, mushroom soup with every entree.
So to sum things up, Mount Fuji provides a unique interactive dining experience, serves really good food, is more affordable than anyone would think, and, most of all, has wonderful people working here who have a great attitude and are super friendly and accommodating.

Mount Fuji delivered a knockout meal from start to finish. We kicked things off with a classic miso soup and crisp house salad drizzled in that nostalgic carrot-ginger dressing — simple, fresh, and exactly what you want to start. The edamame came out hot, salty, and perfectly snappy, just the way it should be.
We split the sushi deluxe and were blown away by the quality — every bite tasted like it was sliced seconds ago. The clear standout was the fatty tuna: rich, silky, and melt-on-your-tongue good. The salmon and white tuna followed close behind — buttery and fresh with zero fishiness.
Even the chicken teriyaki held its own — juicy, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again. The space had a relaxed, welcoming vibe, even early in the evening when things were still quiet. Service was fast and attentive without being overbearing.
Can’t wait to come back. This place knows what it’s doing.

Had my 48th birthday with family and friends in the back room. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Byob. The service catered to our needs and went above and beyond. Lots of options on their menu and everyone had a great time.

This restaurant has delightful sushi selection and presentation as well. My family had BD celebration with 16 people. I appreciated the banquet room and set up for my event. It was a slower start since the place was busy and I felt there were not enough staffing for this day. Our waiter took time to bring our drinks and appetizers. When it all came up, it was worth to wait. I would recommend tuna pizza, salmon skin salad and treasure island. Fish was fresh and presented very appealing. Even oysters were fresh and delicious. We tried hibachi and teriyaki dinners . It was all absolutely delicious . Great selection of sushi and very well thought through. I would definitely come back again especially with large company as we had this time. Also they have an option for hibachi sitting. This will be our next trip to this restaurant.

Both my husband and I had the combo shrimp and beef Hibachi which comes with a Miso mushroom soup and salad. Would be nicer if there are a few more mushrooms.
