In reference to the image provided below, I am uncertain whether it depicts a small or medium beverage. I would like to address a concern regarding my experiences at Starbucks and Dunkin’. When I request light ice at Starbucks, my cup is consistently filled to the top. However, during my recent visit to Dunkin’, I noticed that a substantial portion of my medium drink was missing. Upon inquiring with the staff about the possibility of topping off my drink, I was informed that this would incur an additional charge of one dollar, as the beverages are pre-made by the machine, and the owner establishes the pricing policies. I subsequently opted to pay the dollar for the refill, and I observed that an employee named Suresh was able to top off my drink with a simple push of a button. This raises questions about the pre-made nature of the beverages, as the topping off was executed promptly. I would respectfully suggest that the owner reconsider the pricing structure for beverages ordered with light ice, as the current practice results in customers receiving significantly less than expected.

Today I was treated like garbage at this Dunkin drive thru. My husband had a scheduled surgical procedure scheduled for 8:20am. I put in my order at 7:48am and stopped at the drive thru at approximately 8:02 am. I was told my order was not ready I asked for the ETA and the lady said she did not know it would maybe take 5 minutes. I explained I had an appointment and thats why I ordered ahead. She was rude and said that they had a timer and needed me to pull ahead and park. I asked for a refund and she stated they could not give a refund because it was through a third party(mind you i used the Dunkin’ app). I then (upset) told her that was not my problem and I asked for a refund or not to be parked due to my appointment time and if I ordered ahead it was to have my food ready. She called another rude lady to the window who said I had to park after not parking they gave me my food (which I couldn’t eat after being so upset and fear they would spit in it). They lady then stated “have the day you deserve”. This is so said that these two ladies think that it’s right to talk to a consumer like that a person who spends money so they get paid. Reality check if it were not for customers you would not have a job. Do yourself a favor and get out the kitchen cause you clearly can’t take the heat. Pure disappointment at this location.The two rude ladies were white just incase that helps management identify who they are.

I wish I could put no stars, after going to this Dunkin a couple times I’ll NEVER COME BACK! it’s always a rude shift lead on the intercom.(I did call to get her name but she said they don’t wear name tags and she wasn’t giving her name out) I didn’t get a pleasant hello I got an employee who seems like they don’t want to be there this is all the time. My bagel was cold with very little cream cheese and my matcha was made incorrectly. I will say that there is a tall gentleman that’s normally at the window who is very pleasant.

Cannot give NO STARS. I will never shop here again. I stopped and picked up my 3 favorites because I needed a pick-me-up. The food was wrong, I did not order hashbrowns AND THEY WERE COLD AND SOGGY. I called and they asked if I was coming back. I told them I was 2 towns over (15 minutes) and the man on the phone spoke to me like im stupid and asked me how could he refund me unless I come back- is that how you speak to people?I told him fine I will come back. Asked for manager and the group in the back said call her call her. 1 employee said Jenna? Jemma? was off today but she magically appeared when I raised my voice about wanting to know who got ignorant with me on the phone. So I was just lied to that she was not there and then she lied; she tried to say she spoke to me, I spoke to a male. They offered to fix my food after I stated repeatedly that I wanted a refund after how I was spoke to and then having to drive back through 2 towns to get it fixed.

This location has always sucked..But come on. Aside from the flipped donut. The 2 large iced lattes that i payed as much as i would have at starbucks, are chalky and just not good. U have to pay extra for whip cream on the lattes now which I know for a fact is new. And got charged for it without even being asked. Just horrible and disappointing. Such a huge waste of time and money.

I drive semi trucks and the dinning room was closed. I called and the young man inside took my order so I didn’t have to stand outside the drive thru looking like a suspect. I wish I got his name, but a big thank you goes to him.
