First – this specific Chickfila is incredibly slow. It’s not uncommon to wait in a line for 10+ minutes with only 4 cars in front of you. We’ve had an occasional fast service here, but it’s nowhere near consistent like the Severna Park or Jumper’s Hole locations.
Second – We have had multiple wrong orders. Whether it be wrong drinks, wrong sauces for our salads, even wrong toppings on our sandwiches. I’ve been to various Chickfila locations probably well over a hundred times before going to this location and not a single time did I ever get a wrong order. This location has now done that 4 separate times in the span of 15 or so orders.
Bottom line – This location is horrible. I would never recommend anyone come here over Severna Park or Pasadena Crossroads which truly is a shame because it’s a lot closer to me than the other locations are. I believe going forward I’ll be avoiding this location and just making the longer drive to the far better stores when I’m in the mood for Chickfila.
One thing I can always count on: consistency. No matter which location I visit, the service is warm, the food hits, and I’m sent off with a genuine “my pleasure.”

I immediately called the restaurant to explain what happened. Instead of taking responsibility for the failed notification or delivery process, they tried to make it seem like it was my fault and offered only free fries as a solution. That doesn’t make up for paying full price for cold, unusable food.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had delivery issues with this location — I’ve also had orders marked “delivered” in the past when they weren’t. There clearly seems to be an ongoing problem with their delivery or notification system.
If customers are expected to rely on app notifications, those notifications need to actually work. Disappointing experience and poor customer service.
