Placed an online order and was blown away by how busy it was when I got there! I guess there was some BOGO deal going on that I had no idea about. Whoops! Despite it being packed wall-to-wall in there and some customers being rude, the team worked so incredibly hard and stayed positive. The male employee who was the main one calling out orders was so patient with huffy customers and was so kind to everyone. I just wanted to commend the team because I’ve never seen a Five Guys so packed and team hustle so hard.

I was yearning for a burger and this was my only option in the area… The lady who appeared to be running things here this morning (Saturday morning) was excellent… she was greeting customers and saying bye, as well as doing a great job keeping track of the orders.

We used the website to place our order and our food was piping hot when we got it. The fries were excellent, so were the burgers. The only issue I have with this place is they’re wayyy over-priced! They really need to knock 25% off their prices, because I spent $50 today for two peoples to eat burgers, fries, and have small sodas – That ridiculous.

Overall, the place was clean and we did enjoy our visit. But I rarely go anymore do to these outrageous prices.

Do not go to this location near Publix grocery store. Poor quality food and clearly different from other locations, and poor customer service. Make the drive over to Stafford Marketplace off 610 if you want quality food.

I went to the Five Guys at Publix Marketplace tonight around 9:40 PM to get my daughter her favorite meal. She’s been sick, and she loves fries, so I wanted to get her something she’d enjoy. When I got there, I ordered a burger and, of course, their staple item—fries. That’s when they told me they were out of fries. Mind you, they close at 10 PM.

Disappointed, I left and started driving home, but I figured, forget it, I’ll try the Five Guys at Stafford Marketplace instead. It’s further away—not a quick five-minute drive like Publix—but I got there at 9:52 PM.

Not only did they happily make me fresh fries (which, by the way, were the best fries I’ve had from Five Guys), but the staff also mentioned that the Publix location could have made me fresh fries if they had just cut some more. That’s when it became clear: the difference between these two locations is night and day.

At Publix Marketplace, it feels like a bunch of kids running the counter, uninterested in providing good service. At Stafford Marketplace, it’s run by people who care—about the food they serve, the quality of their service, and the customers they’re serving. That makes all the difference.

From now on, I’ll gladly drive the extra 5-10 minutes to Stafford Marketplace. I won’t be going back to Publix.

Milkshakes were delicious but a little difficult for kids to drink, recommend wider straws. Burgers were really delicious. The food was prepared very quickly, service was great. $75 for 3 burgers, 3 drinks, 3 shakes, and 1 small fry. A little steep in price for an international burger joint.

My only knock is that I paid $14 for a large fry and bottle water. Not a meal but a side and a drink.
