Really enjoyed this little burger joint, the pastrami burger is spot on and I really enjoyed my fried fish, hard to find someone that does it right! These boys need more business, you should give them a try.

Tasty old fashioned burger joint. Prices were great, lots of options, ingredients tasted fresh and on point. Friendly, prompt staff. If your in the area stop in for a quick bite. Give this place a shot over any fast food chain.

This is a newly discovered must stop place on my list! Had a double burger with cheese with “the works”. Burger was cooked perfect, vegetables were crisp and flavorful, fries were real and not greasy! Obviously the owner takes great pride in this classic hometown food venue. Service was great all the way around. Eat here!

First off there is room to park a semi. So truckers please stop!
Secondly the food was awesome! I ordered a triple cheese burger with no bread, toppings on the side and a small order of onion rings. The burger could’ve been more medium than well but the burger was still juicy and tasted perfect. The onion rings were fried just right, not over done at all. The women who took my order were very nice and helpful since this was my first time here. If I ever get a load back this way I’m stopping here for sure!

I used to love them but I hadn’t been in a few years. I was back I the area and was excited to hit them up. The food was decent though the switch to these newer fries makes a large fry seem like a small. So not gonna pay the extra for that. And sadly the service was not as friendly as I remember.

This place gets one star because the shakes were decent. But everything else was a horrible experience. I went with my family and ordered 3 shakes and tater tots. We received the tots in maybe five minutes, that was great… But then proceeded to wait inside another 30 minutes before getting our milkshakes. EXTREMELY poor customer service. The cook/manager offered some excuse that the machine could only go so fast…only 2 cars drove by while we were there and one person left without their call in order because it was not yet done. Meanwhile the two girls in front bickered back and forth. I have never had to wait over 30 minutes for a milkshake. Save yourself some time and go to Apple Lucy’s.

I’m a bit partial (its my grandma’s restraunt), but I see a lot of reviews that rate 3 or lower because of speed. Since my grandma isn’t available to internet-surf often, I’ll use this to help out as best I can. Every order is made as it comes in off the ticket. The drive through doesn’t get priority over dine-in or vice versa. They also have call-ins. Sometimes there’ll be a string of 3 call-ins that are being made before a person comes in for dine-in, but the call-ins were ordered first, so they’re made first. Milkshakes are made with icecream, whole milk, and their respective condiments. The larger the shake orders, or the more shakes that were ordered before yours, means it can take a while to get them out. It’s a really small area to make, prep, and deliver the food in, and there isn’t a designated milkshake machine like in McDonald’s, theyre hand mixed and made in poured into their cup. They also only have about 5 tins for mixing, and after each shake the tins are rinsed, washed, and dried (as able) adding more time to the wait. There are 3 mixing rods, but only 2 tins can efficiently be stired at once. The icecream machine itself can only make so much icecream at a time, so on hot days you can expect a longer wait for milkshakes because there is such a high demand of the machine. As for the staff, they’re hard to keepfor longer than a couple years. It’s mostly young people manning the front so that the owner can focus on the food and orders being made in the back. It’s a small town fast food joint with no interest on cutting corners to good food just to get orders out as fast as the big chains in the cities. If you’re in a rush you’ll likely get agrivated by the 20-30 minutes – on average – it takes for food to get out to you. If you’re just looking for good food and a small wait doesn’t bother you, you’ll end up loving it.

OH.. MY.. YUM!!! I had the pastrami burger, chili fries and a scotch and soda (not the alcoholic beverage). Everything was so good, I ate more than I planned. The kids that work there were really nice. They make the food fresh, so there is a bit of a wait, but worth it.
