This was absolutely nasty. The pizza toppings were burnt, the garlic asiago cheese bead was tasteless and the hot buffalo boneless chicken was soft and gooey on the outside like they weren’t even cooked (like raw flour or something). So nasty but won’t order from here ever again. We quit a year ago and thought maybe things had gotten better. Not at all. This was my first time ordering from Donatos. While the food itself was delicious, the experience wasn’t the best overall. I waited at the drive-thru window for quite some time before receiving my order, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. Customer service could definitely be improved. I’d be willing to try again, but I hope the wait time and service are better next time.

Do not recommend for delivery. Ordered on app just fine no issues (including a generous tip). Busy Saturday so expected a wait but after 1 1/2 hours we received cold, smashed disheveled pizza. Including torn boxes.

I usually get a pizza, bone in wings, and breadsticks. I ordered some boneless for the first time. This is how they came. Extremely disappointed. These are the tiniest things ever. I can’t believe they charged me $6 for these. Never ordering boneless wings again.

This one makes good pizzas east washington. Sometimes staff is unfriendly. The one at 75th & Shadeland burns thier pizza and the manager feels its okay. Black edges dried up over cooked sauce.
