$5.29 for one of the Smallest burgers I’ve ever seen supposed to be the steakhouse burger. That was sandwich only no fries or drink and it’s nasty.

The sausage egg cheese croissant wasn’t that good but the hash rounds were fresh hot and delicious. The drive through lady was very friendly and smiled a lot… something that’s very lacking in customer service these days. So I really appreciated that.

I’m sure the Texas Whopper and the Steakhouse Whopper can easily get confused, but when you order a burger that’s supposed to have mushrooms and onion rings and get a plain burger, with crispy jalapenos, I think it’s time to reevaluate what you are advertising. Additionally, when I brought my burger back in the explain that it was not what I ordered, there was an air of hostility with the staff that was totally uncalled for. I placed my order for pickup at 12:05p.m. and did not have the issue resolved until 12:21 p.m. which basically used up my whole lunch break. I am not a happy camper right now and don’t appreciate the horrible Customer service I received today!

I’m editing this in hopes that the franchise owner sees it. I come to this Burger King constantly and have since I was a kid. After tonight I will NEVER be back. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I was treated extremely poorly tonight and refused food that I paid for because the woman with blue hair was having a crap night. I’ve NEVER had an issue with anyone there ever until tonight. Get better staff! I mean I know it’s not the best job, but don’t take your attitude out on me!

It is safe to say that this is by far the worst location that I have ever been to, it can all be summed up in one word, Lazy. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home, but I will never go back to this location. I have to find a better location, but I’m not sure that I can, the better location is now a Chipotle. These chains really need to follow Chic-Fil-A’s example when it comes to employees, otherwise I don’t see this chain surviving much longer.

Placed order through drive through and got the food quickly,and that was a red flag to me since I ordered a fish sandwich which usually is guaranteed to be cooked upon ordering it,usually.This was not the case the one they gave me was about 3/8″ thick and smaller than the small bun it was hidden on,now when opened i also found nothing else,no tartar sauce or lettuce or pickles oh did I say it was stone cold well it was it was colder than my the temperature of my drink.I would have thought the quality of this store would have been its top priority since drive through is basically what has kept its employees from being furloughed, at this rate your store will probably be closed for good in the near future.This review is for my fellow residents of Mechanicsville, dont stop at this store ,if you do walk next door to McDonald’s to eat if you want to get food that looks like the menu pictures. I will be contacting the manager of this store when it opens on Monday!!!I only gave it a one star so I could post this review,it deserves a- star rating or a f- for their food.

This Burger King wasn’t the greatest. The staff was not that friendly, and the patty on the whopper was really small. I never saw a patty this small at a Burger King before. The lady who took our order was not friendly at all, and seamed miserable. Luckily we were just traveling though for vacation and will not be coming here again.

Let me start by saying this burger king is 10 minutes from my home, I have a burger king about 3 minutes from my home, but I must say the lady that took my order today , was one of the or the nicest wait staff I have ever encountered. She was so polite, professional, repeated back my order, to make sure it was correct, her demeanor is definitely a winner, I wish I got her name, I was so overwhelmed with service, then upon leaving she gave me a diary of grace, when I pulled off , tears came to my eyes. I just wish more people in service, could be aware how your attitude is either a blessing or failure. I know this is really long, but I was really touch by this lady today…. FYI my sandwich was awesome as well… Will be taking that 10 minutes ride to that burger king at all times when craving BK.
