I will preface; this took place Christmas Eve. I get it, people rather be with their families. The restaurant was not packed. There were a decent amount of customers. But, it was not full. My family and I (3 customers total) were here for 2-2½ hours. Took over a hour for the first plate to come out; kids little farmers choice breakfast. 30 minutes later was my food. During all of this, we all had one drink each, even after we asked for a refill. Then my husband’s was no where to be seen along with our two pies. We all patiently waited. My husband was absolutely fed up with our waitress coming up to us saying “food will be out soon”. He spoke to the manager and host. They both addressed that it was a mix up with how our food was put in and the manager ended up completely writing off our bill.
I do appreciate the manager addressing the waitress and kitchen staff. This is getting absolutely out of hand. The past 5 times we have gone to this location theres always something with the staff. Our food either comes out way spread out or comes out cold. Or we have to call our waiter/waitress over for more drinks. This location is truly going down hill. I say that due to staffing, not management. I know it can be hard having to run a restaurant short staffed but quality workers. But that might be the way to go vs having a full staff who arent quality workers. For now we will not be coming back to this location. Hope it improves soon

I ordered the family pot roast meal for 4-6 people on 12/14/25 it was supposed to be ready at 1:40. I showed up at 1:45 expecting it to not be ready. I was correct it wasn’t. After waiting several minutes they said it was finally ready. I got a salad that feeds 4-6 and a family sized mashed potatoes and a single pot roast sandwich. I go back in explain the mistake told them I got a sandwich instead of simply just the meat carrots onions and gravy that feeds 4-6. I wait another 20 minutes to be given another pot roast sandwich with fries. At this point I’m lost for words. I explain it again I ordered a pot roast family meal that feeds 4-6 people and asked if they needed to see my receipt. 50 minutes after I arrived I thought I had the correct order. I got home to find the pot roast had not even a drop of gravy on it.

The food was not very good at all there were 5 of us there and we are not picky but almost everything was extremely overcooked, except the grilled cheese sandwich that our daughter ate. French fries were either not cooked all the way or perhaps they sat for a long time before being served. Our waitress was very nice and helpful but the food that we got vs the $93 bill at the end def not worth our money. Sad to say this was the first one in our travels that we came across that was not very good at all.

This was hands-down the worst Bob Evans I have ever eaten at, and I’ve been to plenty. I’m honestly shocked this location is still open.
The ham was cold and so salty it felt like a personal attack.
The turkey? Completely tasteless. No flavor. No soul. Just… there.
The stuffing tasted like dry grains of dead socks. I don’t even know what that means scientifically, but my mouth does—and it was FOUL.
The potatoes were “meh” at best—sad, bland, and forgettable.
And the green beans? I swear they tasted like they’d been sitting out on a table for 30 days. Stale. Lifeless. Questionable. ☠️
Every bite was worse than the last. Absolutely disgusting from start to finish.
I should’ve trusted the reviews because they were spot-on. This place is horrible, and I will NEVER eat here again. Save your money, save your stomach, and go literally anywhere else. ️

Skip this place ! The Manager needs to be replaced. I tried to order chicken, but they had no batter. I tried to order fish, but they had no batter. I tried to order fried pickles. They had no batter. Tried to order blueberries with French toast. They had no blueberries. This place is a joke. How do they stay open? Someone should be ordering this stuff all in advance.

I am very sad, but this is the third time I have been to Bob Evans (the second time coming to this location) in the last 3 months and the quality of the food is subpar at best. I have gotten cold food that was meant to be hot and salad that was clearly past the sell by date. The wait staff was clueless as to the quality of the food and was surprised that I said the I couldn’t eat it. When I was younger Bob Evans was a great place to eat… not any more.

The entire experience was great. Service was fast and very friendly. Food was served hot and they allowed me to make changes. Example: I don’t like hash browns so they let me get mashed potatoes. Cost was well worth it.

Could not tell you about the food, because I left. 5 employees were standing around while one young lady was working. Rude to her and the customers, refused to take orders claiming that’s not my job. At least go to the back to gossip, that way the customers don’t have to hear it!

I ordered through DoorDash, and I was shocked by what I received. The portions were ridiculously small, I’ve seen kids’ meals with more food. Each plate cost over $16, and I spent about $55, which is outrageous for the tiny amount and poor quality we got. The food itself was disgusting — unappetizing, and definitely not worth the price.
