The best case scenario at this Dominos is you order, wait an hour, your order is marked complete online, and then your cold food shows up 45 minutes later. The worst case is you get charged, your order is marked complete, and then it just never shows up at all. Store also refuses to answer their phone and it’s pretty much impossible to get a refund as a result.

The “service” is garbage. They don’t answer the phone so you have AI attempting to handle the order. Wasted 20minutes of my time and did not get a confirmation that I ordered. I have also tried ordering on line but was told my zip code was invalid, which is 93436 two miles from their local location. Beware, they aren’t the domino’s of the past, they don’t “avoid the noid” anymore, the are all about it. No stars.

I dont know what the issue is with them..they dont seem to understand what youre saying or understand their job. Ordered pizzas for kids party..pizzas arrived all mushed and cold. If you try to call for help they hang up and if you speak to them in person they will say they can’t do anything and walk away and ignore you.

If I could, I’d put 0 stars. Csr was laughing the whole time I was explaining how my pizza was burnt and the chicken Alfredo literally had no chicken! They tried to lie saying they don’t do refunds but my husband use to work there so he knows the policy. Won’t be ordering there anytime soon… such a shame

I always do online deliveries and never experienced any issues. I ordered once from this specific location and I will never again. I placed an order at 9pm and they said they were doing a quality check at 9:50pm. Then at 11:30pm I got a text saying the driver was on their way and I never got a text saying it was delivered like they usually do with online orders. I checked outside and there was nothing. But online it showed delivered. They then didn’t help with a refund.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Domino’s Pizza we stopped here to pick up an order for some friends of ours for a church Gathering. We ended up ordering more food so we were there long enough to see how the place was ran the staff was very friendly and helpful the food was exactly what we expected, the prices were where we needed them to be I will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience.

Be very careful!! My daughter went in to pick up pizza and they told her that card was declined and to try again. I’m waiting in the car watching her do this but also have live notification of charges to my debit card on my phone. Two separate charges with different amounts came through text. I went in and told them this and they handed me a receipt for one of the charges and said that is all that would be charged to my account- and was rude about it. Few days later both charges were still posted/cleared on my account. Had to report to my bank as a fraudulent charge and dispute it.
If they tell you card was declined make them prove it. Or, get your pizza elsewhere more reputable.
