So the location may not seem all that great. However, we ordered our 35th wedding anniversary cake. The cake was fabulous!, great taste, decorations were very nice. Amy who took the order was so pleasing and easy to work with. If all orders are fulfilled like this, I definitely would recommend this Dominican bakery

I went and ordered my mother’s cake for July and everything was great. But when I referred my sister so she can get my birthday cake there they were rude and spelled my name wrong on the cake I am very disappointed. Customer service goes a long way and they failed.

0/5 stars if i could. Horrible customer service, I felt like I was bothering them anytime we communicated. Then it was late, I asked for it to be ready at 3pm it wasn’t ready until 3:45 pm. Then they forgot to write what I asked for and claimed I didn’t, I then showed them my message where I asked and they wrote it with incorrect spelling and added the “” from the message I wanted. Then once it was time to eat the cake it was dry. On top of all of this they overcharged me. HORRIBLE experience never going back here again and don’t ever order from here!!!!

Walked in with my family for my sisters birthday and the lady in the front was very rude. We asked her how big the cake was and for how many people and she tried charging me 100 dollars for a cake of 10-12 people. She was very rude to my mom and it felt like we were bothering her with every question. She proceeds to tell the baker to make the cake although we never mentioned to want the cake and gets irritated with us when we said we don’t want the cake. As we leave she tells us to never come back. Very rude and horrible customer service.

This beautiful bakery did an amazing job with my son first birthday cake.i gave them a picture of a online cake and they replicated the same cake
The taste was amazing and presentation great.the price was good ,an American bakery would have charged me double with awful taste.the baker was very professional and even placed the cake in my car for safe delivery while giving instructions. I was extremely happy the cake was everything i wanted it exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend and will definitely do another celebration cake.Thank u so much Bizcocho Dominicano

I ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday. Cake looked good, good job on printing the desired picture onto the cake. However the cake itself was not good; very dry, way too sweet. Disappointing….

I have ordered from this bakery for the past 11 years for many special family events, but I can say after the horrible Father’s Day cake I received it will be the last! I noticed the quality went down over past year or two and can honestly say that I can’t remember the last time the cake was delicious like it use to be. BUT I decided to give it a try again for Father’s Day. The cake had to be at least 2-3 days old. The icing was rock I mean rock hard. The cake so dry and crumbled literally in pieces as it was cut into. My son’s father’s face went from excitement to pure disappointment as we attempted to cut the cake and realized how stale and inedible it was. A waste of 40 dollars for a stale inedible cake. We had to go get ice cream instead. I don’t know what happened to this bakery, but it’s such a shame. Believe the other reviews when they say the cakes there are horrible now.
