Drinks were made perfectly!! (I always order a cappuccino but unfortunately many caribou staff don’t know the difference between a capp and a latte…), There was good seating available, and friendly staff!

The people working there were very rude to us. The young man taking our order didn’t know the answer to very simple questions and did not listen when we ordered. My daughter asked for a 16oz hot mocha. he asked what kinda of Mocha, then asked her what size, she repeated 16 oz, he said we have small, medium and large. She asked how many ounces came in those, he said I didn’t know. Then asked if she wanted it hit it cold. She’s politely repeated hot. Then the young lady that took my order…I asked if they could do water in the refreshers instead of lemonade or coconut milk. She’s rudely pointed to the board behind her and said “it says on e board coconut or lemonade refreshers, not water”…I ordered lemonade, the drinks were good

I ordered one of the new refreshers and they gave me the wrong flavor, the cup was mostly ice and super watery so whatever flavor I had was barely there, and there were no berry inclusions. Would not recommend.

Was visiting from Minneapolis, I didn’t get the cashier’s name but she was so amazing and helpful. Caribou perks wasn’t showing that it’s my birthday and she still gave me the free drink deal. I was so grateful because not everyone will do that. Thanks again!!!

Stopped in on our road trip. We have not been to one before. So much better than Starbucks! Not only friendlier people, orders were accurate and quick, breakfast sandwiches were amazing ( we had fresh biscuits sandwiches) and coffee tasted really good.
