Our first time going to Flips & my family will definitely be back! Not only do they have probably the BEST variety of flavors in town, they are seriously the nicest & honestly the best customer service I’ve had anywhere!
We stopped by for a sweet treat after the last day of school & excited to see they were the only snow cone shack open while the others around town didn’t open for another 2+ hours! The woman who made our snow cones was so nice & had wonderful customer service. She let my toddler watch her make his snow cone which made his day. She heard him drop his spoon & came to the window with a new one right away, as well with some paper towels when she saw he had the snow cone all over his face & hands.
My older son loved his snow cone & was very impressed with the flavors he chose! We will definitely be back & we love that the location is so close to us! I highly recommend!!
