We ordered food along with onion rings. The onion rings were so cold and when we asked the manager Daytona, she responded by saying that the fryers are off and there’s nothing she could do to help us. I asked for a receipt and she told me that her register was already off and she couldn’t do that. I told her I need my receipt so she dug through the trash and found it and gave it to me . completely unacceptable and I’m not surprised by all the other one star reviews on here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Overall a nice place to sit, but the food was completely screwed!!! Fries were over salted to oblivion, completely inedible, chicken nuggets fried in cold oil making them soggy, and burgers were just nasty. You are better off driving 30 miles to the next rest stop.

Took 35 minutes to get food at 8:00pm. Ridiculous. All I ordered was a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink.

We tried ordering from the kiosk, but it didn’t have all the food options so we went and stood in front of the register. The person working the front totally ignored us while she kept filling Kiosk orders.
After 15 minutes I got her attention and stated we were ready to order. She said I will get to you in a little while. I said we’ve been waiting 15 minutes to get our order taken to which she responded, “that’s why we have the kiosks so you can use them.”
I responded we tried but the kiosks didn’t have all the food options. She responded “well then I can only do one thing at a time so your will need to wait awhile until I have time to take your order.”
We left. Will not stop at that travel station again.

I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or if they’re struggling to keep up with orders but waiting 25 plus minutes for “fast food” is quite unacceptable. Especially when traveling and trying to get back on the road quickly.
