Horrible, disgusting and not clean at all. Employees don’t wear gloves when making your order either. Will never eat here again! Veggies looked mushy and disgusting, meat looks gray and oily, and tortillas look and tasted dry and hard, day old. Yuck!!! Everything was messy and not clean! Very gross!

All the food condiments were all mixed up and all over the place, most tables were dirty and not being cleaned, server didn’t hardly say a word and you can tell they hated working here. Out of all the poncheros this one definitely stands out as messy, careless, only perk is they hooked up my burrito better than the other stores. I’ve never seen a food area so unorganized and sloppy.

I’ve always loved this place!! And my family is obessed! But here is how today went.. the emloyee who started our order seemed annoyed we were there. Then to see they no longer serve marinated cubed chicken breast. They now serve shredded chicken in like a juice apparently with bone ♀️
Very flavorless, like theres no meat even in the burrito.
And it really sucks when you bite into a bone, first bite at that! I went up to make the employees aware and all she said was okay and went on to sautéing veggies..

Honestly, every time I come here, I feel like I’m being rushed out of the store. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, they rush you through as fast as possible, and the burrito quality is affected because of this. It’s hard for me to tip when you barely get a full burrito and feel like you’re not welcomed.
