I’m leaving 3 stars only because today, 1 March 2026 at 11:14am I just experienced the slowest service I’ve ever encountered at ANY Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This is my normal Barista that I use DAILY, but today’s service was over 30 minutes waiting on 2 drinks. When arrived there for my mobile order, there were a lot of customers waiting on their orders most were already frustrated by the time I came in. 1 of my 2 drinks were made and ready, so I believed my next drink would be ready soon after. As I waited PAST my expected time, I watched many customers begin to ask about their orders which I then followed. I was told my ticket would be forced printed and next. Another 10 minutes went by with nothing. As I observed I seen the obvious slow worker being used on the busiest section. The section that had the most backed up orders had the slowest worker. Another team member did his best by trying to move orders along and asking customers which items were missing and helping getting them ready, but it was obvious where the lack of urgency was. I will continue to use this location because I normally have better experiences, but managers please run your cameras back and look at the footage and put the proper workers in the proper sections. This was RIDICULOUS!!!!

Cyn and her two coworkers (one with curly piggy tails and a young man, this was closing time Saturday September 6) were above and beyond with kindness and excellent professionalism towards our crew! The Caucasian girl with glasses and swollen lips was upset she had to remake my drink yesterday. She proceeded to sit the cups in front of me saying “okay here’s the ESPRESSO … the OATMILK- etc “ because I said hey these tasted like watered down almost flavorless . She says “oh…. Well it doesn’t have any water in it so idk…” yes it does but you just don’t know how to make drinks honey. Then I had to bring it back inside and she had to be the one to give a refund even though she was actively making the drinks . I said hey can I just get a refund. She said “ok but can you tell me what the issue is again with these ? I said “I don’t know if you didn’t change the filter in time or adjust the machine but the espresso drinks taste watered down . She said “yeah no…. I changed it 30m ago” okay and I’m not an employee but I can tell you in her experience she probably likes making things closer to the taste of what swamp water would taste like and should be re trained. Then she gives me a refund … for store credit instead of my card I paid with.

Drive thru service was deplorable this morning! My husband was picking up coffees for the both of us. He was handed his without a sleeve….it was hot coffee! Then as he proceeded to wait, the clerk rudely asked, “what you waiting on.” He responded with his “second drink,” and then had the window closed in his face without any courtesy. When my drink finally got handed over, WITH a sleeve, he proceeded to ask for one for his own drink. He was told, “my boss said we can only give those out when someone asks.” He clearly & literally just asked. Then, when he asked for a stopper, she gave him a straw?! On top of the poor service, his drink wasn’t as good as usual. For such a nice appearing facility (according to my husband), this was one of the worst customer experiences he’s ever had. And my husband has been a LOYAL Starbucks customer for 22 years! We were travelers over the weekend, and if we’re ever back in Columbia, we will definitely avoid this location.

I come to this Starbucks several days a week. It’s by far my favorite. Chrissy and Anna are terrific and they have a wonderful staff. All are kind, considerate, courteous, and all about great service! They always help me get my day off to a great start!

I walked in and it was a good minute and a half before they even acknowledged me. They looked at me but kept working at least when the customer walks in and you see them and you make eye contact say hello. We’ll be right with you. When the employee came to the counter no hello no nothing just looked at me. The back counter was dirty. Had stuff spilled all over. It was a complete mess. I guess Starbucks has lowered their standards. Trust me you’re not too busy to not wipe something down. It would take all of 3 to 4 seconds. And the drink I got tasted like crap.

Ordered two Venti hot chai lattes with oat milk on 12/26 for a Christmas gathering. Later, we noticed that the drinks mainly consisted of water. Very shocked and disappointed since I regularly order this at other locations.

Not sure what’s been going on the past few weeks but the prep times have increased significantly. And that’s even with ordering ahead on the mobile app. A 6-7 minute wait is now 15-20. The location doesn’t help in that it’s difficult to park with the drive thru line blocking spaces.

You recognized me as a regular customer and took the time to show me how to download and use the App for additional orders in the future. You also explained to me how to get stars/credit for future purchases. Your service was excellent. 5 Stars in NOT ENOUGH!!
