Went through the drive thur. Tried to get a cup of coffee. They held my lane up and let the other lane go sat there for 10 minutes. I guess the person had a important text.Then to take care of my order . I’m done eating here sorry hope for better improvement.

Staff does not care enough to make sure orders are correct with the exception of a couple of employees. Constantly incorrect orders. Called due to missing food from the order and the employee said she was looking at the missing food I said I was not coming back down there and I was accused of making threats. I will never go to this location again.

This McDonald’s is very nice! I took my Grandson there for dinner, the workers there were great with everyone there eating. There was one of the ladies came out and checked on the customer to see if they needed anything. There was a little boy and she played, teased with him and had him laughing. It made the atmosphere in a McDonald’s better then any other McDonald’s I have ever been in before. I enjoy it and the worker very much. I don’t know her name but she is the best.

Staff are always incredibly friendly, but my order has been wrong many times. The most notable of late was paying $7-8 for a bunless bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, and getting 2 quarter pounder patties with pickle. No cheese, no bacon, no onion, no mustard. I don’t understand how that got passed, I would’ve paid $4 for 2 patties -but I paid double. I tried calling twice, but no one would pick up the phone.

Didn’t get our food after waiting 25 minutes. When we called about it the lady hung up on us. Do not recommend coming to Philippi McDonald’s at all. They can forget about getting any business from us anymore.

The person taking our orders sweatshirt was dirty it looked like it was drug threw the mud it looked like dryed blood on it also. The back of her sweatshirt was as bad in dirt. There was other thing dirty. In my opinion I would not eat there
