I had an awesome experience at Chick-fil-A! From the moment I ordered, everything was smooth and friendly. The food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious exactly why I love coming here. Jaden was the highlight of the visit. He was super helpful when I was deciding what to get, took the time to make great recommendations, and really made the experience better. On top of that, he made me a milkshake that was perfect, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Great service, great food, and amazing customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We have been eating at Chick-fil-A for over 10 years and always enjoy the food, but this particular location has consistently been disappointing. we ordered meals for three, and both the chicken and fries were overcooked. The fries looked and tasted like they had been recycled from the previous day—dry, broken into small pieces, and far from fresh. Very disappointing compared to the quality we usually expect from Chick-fil-A.

There isn’t a time that I go here that something isn’t right. If I pick up, drinks are missing. If I go through the drive thru, im waiting for ever. Want the purpose of the double lane, 8 super fans and 4 giant heaters installed, to make the drive thru experience better! Foods fantastic, but expect a circus!

I eat at Chick-fil-a often, and am i very happy with the food at other locations. I have now given this location 3 tries, since the day it opened and it has the worst quality of food. In the beginning, i gave them a break, thinking it was a new location working out the kinks, but they have now been open way too long for sub part quality. My chicken was soggy, lettuce looked 2 weeks old. Asked for no whipped cream on shakes but, they put it on anyway, and when they noticed right in front of me, they tried to hide the person snooping it off into the garbage with a dirty top. They forgot to put sauce in the bag for the wrap and basically missed putting chicken on it also with 3 little pieces. There’s nothing like paying for a dry bread wrap! Fries cold and soggy. Called the store, and no one answered. I left a message 2 days ago, and there is still no call back. Called corporate, and they assured me they would speak to the store and someone would get back to me yesterday, no call. Guessing they got the answering machine also.

This new location just opened up right next to one of our favorite Asian restaurants, so we decided to check it out. Just like the other locations, this franchise has it all: great customer service and amazing food. Their new cloudberry (or some other name) drink was excellent and our order came with all of the sauces we requested. I’m super happy there’s a closer location to us now!

I went through the drive-through and everything was great so far until I’m waiting
for my food after I just paid I hear someone who I assume is the manager talking to the kids working in such a condescending tone asking why things weren’t done. It was such a hostile tone in front of all of the other workers that he even made me uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how the worker felt being spoken to like that. Another worker ended up, giving me my food and apologized and said he felt so stupid and I said that he had nothing to be sorry about. I understand no matter their age a job needs to be done but no need to embarrass them in front of their coworkers and customers. Pull them aside at least. At the managers grown age he should know how to talk to people and be a leader.

What a clean, well run operation. They had great service and made the overall experience enjoyable. The food was good too. I got a chicken sandwhich and enjoyed it. The fries weren’t bad either. Nothing wow’d me about the food but the service and cleanliness put it over the top for me.

I have been to this location a good 4 times now and every time I go there is something wrong with my order or waited too long for food. Today was the last drop I literally ordered two items a parfait and a 4 piece chick minis. It took nearly 15 mins to get these two item and then when I arrived at work the parfait barely if any had fruit. I had about two blueberries and the same in strawberries. I received more yogurt than anything, you can’t advertise fruits but barely receive any. I am trying to give this place a chance, but it’s hard to do so when my experiences have not been the best.

It sucks cause I like CFA but this restaurant always has 1 or 2 people helping and a bunch of others just standing around & won’t help with pick up orders etc. Hopefully the staff & management will do better. 🙂
