Staff were friendly but unprofessional. All 3 quesadillas we purchased looked and tasted old. The lady who took my order got one of the quesadillas wrong (was just supposed to be cheese) but we didn’t get charged extra, so whatever. Bathroom was pretty gross.

I love this location! They are always so kind and willing to accommodate! I had to take the time to leave a review. There was a time I ordered from the wrong location- they fixed it at no extra charge to me. Another time… I dropped my smoothie right after receiving- they quickly cleaned it up and made me a new one. Today, I went back in because I forgot to add chips- they gave them to me at no extra charge. I think it’s the manager there (she usually has braids when I come), that is always so kind! I go there almost every Thursday after my business meetings, and they never fail to provide amazing service! I love going here! I highly recommend this location!

I visited in 9/17/2025 I don’t know who idea it was to change the bread that it used for the Flatbreads but please change it back this new bread is to big and very dry at-least if you change the bread please give customers more on the sandwich. I had more bread than I did any of the items on the chicken bacon bacon flatbread it was literally a little portion and a big dried out piece of bread.. Look at the picture employees you should be ashamed.

I ordered food on October 21 and found a foreign item in my food. In addition to this they forgot my sweet potatoes. I called the following day for a refund and was informed by Angela that I would receive a full refund for these mistakes and that she would pass it along to her general manager to process. A week went by and still no refund. Another week by at still no refund. I called again and spoke with Angela several more times and she said that she had told the GM, but that she would follow-up regarding my FULL refund and that he would call me if need be. A day after this phone call on November 6, I received an email saying I was getting a partial refund. I called and spoke directly to the GM because I was told I would be getting a full refund, not a partial refund. The GM said that Angela never promised me a full refund and that he can’t give me one. I asked for a corporate number and he said he could not give me one. I repeat, do NOT go here. They offer terrible customer service and you will find items in your food that should not be there. I will be finding a corporate number to report this store.

Person taking my order did great, order was on ticket correctly. But… I ordered a bowl with extra chicken and sauce Instead of wrap bc of gluten allergy, they brought out a wrap, I took it back up there for them to remake. They brought it back out with wontons (ticket specified no wontons bc of gluten), it did not have extra chicken or extra sauce (also in the ticket). I took it back up to them, by now they were busy and seemed annoyed and I specified extra chicken and sauce and no wonton. They brought it back out, no apologies this time and it didn’t have extra chicken. I decided just to keep it rather than going through the hassle again.
Smoothie was great. That’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1

i went in to this hoover location today and the staff was polite however there was a blood stain in the chair at a table and there were 2 very long hairs in my flatbread . I couldn’t even eat my food at all , questioning the cleanliness and health code here at this location .

The smoothies are great but I’m really disappointed by the service here. This is the second time that I’ve come in and ordered two smoothies and waited over 30 minutes to actually get them. Another lady came in and ordered after I did and got her smoothie and her food before we did. Not sure if the guy on the register was new but he really didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Went back to check in again after waiting in the lobby and they had our order just sitting there melting.

I had an AMAZING experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Deloris. She was not only incredibly polite and professional, but she truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of.

Deloris recommended the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and let me just say — she did not miss! It was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly made, and honestly one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. You can tell she knows the menu and genuinely cares about customers having a great experience.

It’s rare to get service that feels this personal and warm. Deloris has such a positive energy — the kind that makes you want to come back again and again.

If you stop by, definitely ask for her recommendation (and get that Caribbean Jerk Wrap). 10/10, I’ll 100% be back!

The service at this location is always hit or miss depending on what staff is working that day. Today was definitely rude and poor service. They forgot stuff off of my order and my food was hollow outside of the middle and poorly cut.
