This is one of the best shaved ice shops I’ve been to in awhile. The key lime pie ice cream w/ lime snowball on top was amazing. Service was quick, servers very polite.

Just was up there around 7:10/7:15 pm and my sister and I waited outside at the order window and never was acknowledged by an employee because they were sitting in the back on their phone. My younger sister walked inside to get the workers attention. They didn’t ever look their head up from their phone. Attached is the person working. We went to Dairy Queen instead and had a better experience

Just moved here from NOLA and was excited to try this place out. Didn’t put enough syrup, all ice only until you got to the bottom. Watermelon flavor tasted like a regular simple syrup with no flavor. Ice was not smooth.

Okay if you are in Plant City and you want a sweet treat this is the place to go! Perfect for families as they have indoor and outdoor seating. The service was amazing very friendly and attentive! Will definitely come back especially after that amazing cup of the best hot cocoa I have ever had.

With a stellar assortment of flavors to choose from and various games littered throughout the place (both inside and outside), this is bound to be your go-to stop for that after dinner dessert with your family. I especially love that even their outside seating area is a smoke free zone!
Also don’t be afraid to ask about the Egg Custard flavor! They will suggest you try it with marshmallow creme; you won’t regret their suggestion! Pet friendly too ❤

The owner is so caring and sweet. If he sees you he will be thankful for your visit. I love supporting local businesses but this one is also one I love coming back to not just for the great service and vibe, but also their snowballs are so much yummmmm! I love Mexican raspas especially banana flavor or vanilla with condensed milk (mmm) and they have that option here! What more can I ask for. Definitely bring the kids and get yourself one!

Great place for some delicious snowballs. Would recommend the stuffed ones with ice cream in it. The staff is friendly and it’s located slightly outside of downtown plant city. Would come back here again to try all of the other flavors of ice this place has to offer

The attending associate gave me good advice on what to order, since it was my first time. I loved it!
The only reason I gave four stars is because I’m very sensitive to smells and there was a strong bleach- cleanser smell inside. It’s great that the place is kept clean!! But that strong smell did interfere with my enjoyment of the sweet treat.
